Peanut Butter Milkshakes at Dairy Queen...are delicious. Those kind of milkshakes are not easy to find, and if you, like me, are a peanut butter lover, you want that information. The Drive Thru lines are long, so I assume people enjoy all Dairy Queen's menu, but the Peanut Butter Milkshakes are worth the wait in line. Get a spoon and enjoy. There is sufficient parking and the building is accessible. There is a drug store just across the lot and across the street is a ShopRite and more.
I always enjoy my food and treats from this Dairy Queen. Staff is generally friendly and food/treats always seem to be good quality. I really enjoy having this place near me.
I reside in Newark , DE. In the past week of 4/3/22 I have gone to Dairy Queen twice, at the times that I went were at (1st-8:25pm and 2nd-9:15pm ; these times are approximate). The first time the drive through line was to long for my liking (at least 10 cars ahead of me), so we went in. The service was very efficient ( My daughter and I were the only customers inside), and pleasant. The second time ( the drive-through line was much smaller; only two customers in front of me, the service was quick and pleasant ( I was in the drive-thru line all of 5-7mins. start to finish). During both times the staff was very professional (younger staff, both times).., but there was no B.S.ing around they performed their job very well on both occasions. I don't usually make comments on social media. But, I felt that in this time period of so many young people holding these positions get a bad rap, they don't get enough acknowledgement when they do their jobs well. So very well done!!? Please keep up the good work.
I would recommend hiring more staff last might got there they were so busy not enough staff my fries were cold when i got them when i got my banana split the only thing on it was choc syrup n whip cream no wet nuts only vanilla ice cream. Totally disappointed
craving ice cream so we had a blizzard and an old fashion malt. Fun place to go.
The best DQ in the area! They actually care about order accuracy and quality. The team is friendly, professional and competent.
I ordered a mocha moolatte, it came without coffee... just a lot of chocolate fudge. It wasn't blended well. The other people that were with me had similar issues with their orders as well. Unfortunately they still aren't allowing people to dine in.

My had order a strawberry Choco dipped blizzard and I got a cinnamon tasting blizzard with cheesecake bites and strawberries and I didn’t like that one bit
The sign said the lobby was open. I walk in, order, get my food, and step aside to order my uber. Not 30 seconds later a young boy with long hair comes up and tells me the dining area is closed. I explain to him that's fine, I'm not eating just getting a ride home as i show him my bag. He rudely brushes it off and repeats what he said. So i match his energy and go back to ordering my uber. Contemplating getting a refund.Seconds later, an older lady comes and says a little nicer the same thing and i repeat my same answer. Mind you, I'm a paying regular customer and i haven't been in the store for 5 minutes.As she's walking away the young boy comes back and tries to phrase it as if he's kicking me out of the store lmaooo needless to say i took my good old time leaving starting him right in his face and daring him to try me.If your lobby is open have it open. If you are scared and uncomfortable coming in contact with people, have your lobby closed. Because my experience here today makes me feel like it would've been different if i weren't the only black person in the restaurant.
