My family couldn't believe that this was my first time visiting Cold Stone Creamery. Well I was so wowed by this flavor packed ice cream shop! It was a delightful flavor picking experience having such a variety of different ice cream flavors to pick from. I think I stared at the menu for about 20 minutes and still didn't know what I wanted. I ended up choosing the Birthday Cake Remix and Strawberry Blonde for my starters. I then drifted off to the ice cream cake section and decided to purchase a cookies dough ice cream cake which was also delicious! The associate behind the counter was very helpful as I made my choice. On a hot summer day I will return to enjoy more of what Stone Cold creamery has to offer.
Worst customer service ever .. my sister and I entered wasn’t anyone in the store but us .. was never greeted. I was on the phone taking my sons order and turnt around to the counter where two dark skin employees was standing . Asked for a certain ice cream and a light skin women came from the back and started telling me I wasn’t funny . ( meanwhile I was on the phone talking to my son) When I stated I wasn’t trying to be funny and I wasn’t talking to her I was asking the employees why they don’t speak and just stand there starring at us like they can’t talk or move .. she then made my order and when I asked for a manager she then became mute and then the dark skin girl stepped forward and said there isn’t one here I asked for her name and she stated she can’t give that information. As I was walking out she told me don’t come back in here it won’t be pretty and I told her excuse me is that a threat she told again don’t come back in here as more customers started to come in she began screaming and swinging the ice cream spoon in the air like she was going to do something. This wasn’t the first time she’s done something to me before I ordered a like it cup and she only gave me half the cup and charged me full price when I said something about it she turnt around and went to the back .. I told her I was going to take a picture since she couldn’t give me her name . She stopped and posed (it’s down below) I contacted corporate but still haven’t received a call back .
1 less because you cannot sit inside the shop. But taste is good and staff are ok. You can definitely give a try once. Parking is good , I saw many people sir inside car and eat. There are many varieties you can try. Also you can check for customized cakes. They are even starting to provide few options online. Check for that.
The worst customer service I ever experienced, Idk if she was an Indian or an Arab. She is disgustingly rude and unfriendly. Will never return ?????
4 star for a smile service and still delish ice cream. The place needs update. It dosent have the look of a typical cold stone creamery.

Ice cream was great, but the store was a bit messy, needed to be organized better.

I have been taking my family here for years now and your experience depends on who is working. I either have a really good visit or a really bad one. If certain individuals are working they are slow a d distracted by there phone or joking around with other employees. I either order a picture perfect item or an item my 8 yr old grand daughter threw together. Lets also not forget I either am greeted and spoken to or ignored and grunted at. I cannot imagine how the visits would be if management supervised the employees without them knowing and then reached them the correct way of doing things.
I don't really do ice cream, haven't been much of a fan but let me tell you this is the best stuff I have ever had. Highly recommend the oreo overload, really good.
