Complete waste of time and unprofessional staff answering phones ordered a pizza that should have been delivered at 3:20 p.m at 4:00 p.m we called to ask about our order the guy says it takes 45 mins for delivery we said yea that would have been at 3:20 p.m it is now 4pm so apparently its 1 hour 25 mins for a simple large pizza. the staff states so you don't want the pizza or what very rude unprofessional and complete incompetence.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDER ELSEWHERE
First of all, they give you a time to pick up and then it’s not ready. Tonight I ordered on line …. Gave me a pick up time, I was there and door locked. 1 hr before website says they close. I’m glad i didn’t pay for it first. I saw a guy in the back of store, can’t believe I did this, but I drove around and asked where my pizza was. He said we closed early because we don’t have enough help. Understood, but don’t take orders. I’ll never go there again…. Bad owner/mgr skills. Plus, food isn’t that good for our taste. Also, when I placed my order on line, if they close at 9, why would they take orders at 9:03?
Food was excellent. We ordered pizza and gnocchi. The gnocchi was cooked perfectly and it was a huge portion. Took 1/2 home for lunch the next day. Came with a salad and garlic knots. Both were very good. The salad was very fresh and crisp. Pizza was also very good. Nice flavorful crust that was crispy on the outside but still tender on the inside.
Our community (Traditions at Christina) had planned an outing last month that had to be cancelled due to a covid outbreak. It was rescheduled for this evening. Billy did not disappoint! The pizza's were awesome and plentiful. All different kinds.... My favorite was the mushroom. My hubby had so many different kinds and Billy just kept bringing out more. What a great night. The neighbors mingled and everyone had lots to eat. Thank you Billy for a tasty evening, Charlie and Jeannie
The Pizza wasnt all that great and the dude making it was pretty rude and unfriendly. Walked in I see him making pizza so I say hello expecting someone to walk out from the back and take my order whole time he is the person taking orders. Mind you he barely speaks I had to ask if I could order. A woman comes in after me and had to wait until I was physically handed my 2 slices before she could order hers. Smh
I order frequently from Ciao. I have never been disappointed. The food is always good and leaves everyone satisfied. I highly recommend.

Excelente flavor. My son had a cheese slice, I had spinach and tomato. Crust was delicious! Place was clean! Bathroom clean. Was greeting upon entry and service was fast!Thanks!
Food is really good.. Service in the Dining area sucks! The waitress was absolutely miserable. I understand that places are short staffed right now, but if you're that miserable, go someplace else.
