Food was great and customer service was 5 stars
My husband wanted to come here for his birthday. The food was good. They always have a great selection on their salad bar and hot food station. I asked the server for something special to celebrate my husband's birthday and she allowed me to choose a dessert and they attempted to write "happy birthday" on the plate. As costly as this restaurant is, you would think they would at least spell "birthday" correct. LOL We laughed and hey, that will be a great "birthay" memory for him.
To start I want to say that all the staff are very friendly and nice. Food was amazing. My biggest gripe was the service. Had reservations and was greeted and sat very quickly. Took us to a small room in the back near the kitchen. Was very nice at first because when the food would come out, it was always hot and fresh. I ordered a glass of wine and a glass of water at the beginning of the meal. Those were the only drinks I received for the rest of the meal, stretching out to just about 2 hours. I believe because the restaurant was busy and we were tucked away back in a small corner room away from almost all of the servers, we were often forgotten about. Without anything to drink and wash down the food with, I decided it was just time to try and get someone to bring us a check. Overall this is a very good restaurant but it doesn’t feel good to spend a good bit of money at a restaurant like this and then feel that you’ve been forgotten about.
The servers and meat guys were all so friendly. The atmosphere is great as is the food.

Meat was all dry. When we mentioned it they said that happens end of night. Don't take reservations that late if you aren't going to provide the same quality. Waitress was very sweet and apologized even though we did not complain to her.
We were a large party (13 adults and 2 children) for a birthday dinner. Hands down, this steakhouse provided the worst service i ever experienced. Waiter staff was horrible. It repeatedly took 20-30 min for some people in our group to receive their ordered drinks. I had to wait 20 minutes just to receive pineapple juice! The restaurant was not even overly busy. Staff was only bringing out one skewer of meat at a time…for a party of 15 people until management was addressed about the issue. Waiter staff was not attentive. We even had to request water refills. Once I was prepared to leave and gave the waitress my credit card to pay my bill, she walked off with it and it took her almost 20 minutes to bring my card back to me. I had to get up and go search for her. Where do they do that at? This establishment is not worth the overprice or time.
I visited him last night1. The quality and flavor of the meat is good, although going around 9 pm some cuts were cold2. The waitress told us that it was possible to repeat any dish but when I asked for more fried bananas I was informed that there were no more.3. The price seemed a bit high for the attention and the product4. attention is quite regular
If you are in the mood to try something slightly daring and like meat, then this place will enhance all your senses. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere with skilled staff. Everything you can eat at the salad bar next to various slices of steak, ribs and lamb chops equals winning combination. We highly recommend this for well-cultured children and of course a time of celebration.
Very delicious. We made reservations for a Friday night right as they opened and at first we were the only ones there. We didn’t have to wait too long for the meats to come out and before we knew it we had a line of 3 serving us all different cuts. House sirloin was our favorite. Very glad we got to try everything we wanted (everything except the lamb). Everything was cooked perfectly and full of such flavor. Will definitely be returning soon.
