The restaurant was pretty empty... But we still had to wait 20mins for seating... The waiter wasnt attentive at all... After waiting 45mins for food... everything came out Cold.. the boneless chicken was cold and super hard couldnt even bite.. mac n cheese had no cheese just noodles... Fries were dried out... Sandwich was cold and hard.. basically nothing was edible... I assume just a bad night... Usually the apps and service are excellent... But the drinks were great and actually had liquor in it unlike other places so thats a plus.. will go back for drinks but food was horrible and cold....

Ribs, Smokehouse platter

Suspiciously delicious corn. Excellent ribs. Friendly service! Thanks for the birthday dessert!

Great food and polite staff. Must have patience tho because they're extremely short staffed and even sitting at the bar you have to wait over 10 minutes for service.

Set down in the bar area to wait for a table and the bartender would not acknowledge myself or cousin. Once she did we were given attitude for no apparent reason. I'll drink water with my meal now and order the cheapest item on the menu. I'm the guy in the green hat sitting at the corner table.I'm confused as to why spending my money was an issue? Definitely will not be coming back.

Great place, ok prices and nice atmosphere

Today had to be the BEST experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. I go out a lot! At least 7 times a week. Chris has to be the best waiter we have ever been served by at any restaurant. His customer service is even better than mine, and customer service is my specialty ? He is like no other and I can’t say how happy I was with my experience. This was my last meal eating out for a while since I will be having WLS next week and he made it so special. Thank you Chris! Please don’t ever change!

My food was less pretty than the picture on the menu, but it was absolutely delicious. I had their steakhouse combo with the brisket quesadillas and the sausage with cheddar in it. Comes with street corn (which was fantastic), fries, and garlic toast.I would definitely order this again.

My wife and I recently visited Chili’s for lunch while in Delaware. The service was very good and the food was as well. The menu has numerous “special” listings that are very reasonable. We enjoyed our lunch.

I'm not someone who you usually hear sing praises for American dining chains, but this one does it right. I hadn't eaten at a Chili's in years since before the old one closed down, and remembered it being more or less Applebee's texmex, aka, mediocre. This hasn't been the case at my visits to this location though. I've dined here about a dozen times over the last few months and have been very pleased with my meal every time. Food comes out quick and hot, is always a large enough portion, and tastes really great! Especially for the price. Its borderline better than nearby Cheesecake and Ted's, but for half the cost. I have to recommend this place.
