Gave my order to the wrong car, grab the bag from that car after the stuck their hands in it, then turned around took inside switched bags and walk to my car gave me the bag.. he said the gave all new items, but fries were cold, and I had a special order how was it made that fast with the sticker still on the sandwich ... now I'm sick... so sad... take pride in your service, stop half stepping work to help not hurt...
Food is good, but the 2 stars is solely based on when I work as a doordasher or for Uber eats. This specific location orders are always taken by a random person. We lose money and waste our time coming here to find out the order was taken by someone else who came for a free meal. This has happened to me multiple of times. I walked in to another dasher waiting over 30mins for his order just to find out it was taken. Right after, the same employee came up to me and told me the same thing. We wait due to the amount we accept the order for, the customers tip us well and we become upset because we lost a good order especially with GAS being at $4.40 now. This is the only location I’ve had this problem done to me multiple of times. I believe they should begin to hand workers the orders and confirm with us that we are here picking up for DD/ UE bc this is insane.
Very bad customer service someone took my order and wouldn't remake it because they put the order on a shelf and let just anyone take it. And they lied to me and tried to say they called out the name and someone said it was them and didn't check the phone for confirmation or anything. It's really sad I did like this place but will not go back because of that manager and her unprofessional work ethic.

I don't understand how they keep a 3-lane drive through running smoothly, but they do. Their customer service is second to none. And the food is delicious.
Usually a good place, and good food for a fast food place. This time, after giving my order, I sat in a short line for almost 10 minutes without moving. Do to time issues I got out of line and went to Wawa. When I finished Wawa, Chick-fil-A was still not moving. I'm thinking maybe they had staffing or mechanical problems inside causing the delay.
Sometimes they forget your condiments other times they forget side items (side order of fruit cup oatmeal etc) Theyre usually good about getting things when you go back and let them know.
food is delicious...customer sevice is good... but this location is always too crowded...drive thru is horrible especially peak hours..if you have ample of time then only visit here...
I've switched to ordering through their app ahead of arrival and utilize the pickup space feature. Far superior and most efficient than waiting in the drive thru line. You also rack up free rewards when you use Chik fil A's app.In a space and feed your face!
* UPDATE- A manager Sara followed up with me. She was extremely nice and understood the situation. Which is exactly how a chick-fil-a manager should be. I do believe the situation will be handled on their end .
