2 stars because they got rid of American cheese. You can't boast about being Philly's best cheese steak if you put Provolone on your steaks

I like their Philly cheesesteak and ultimate fries ?. Food Taste good and fresh. Staffs are kind and friendly and service was quick.
Recieved wrong food from a dasher all though the order was placed via the app. Cannot get ahold of anyone at the location nor has and the response from their email was monday promising a credit on the account... Nothing yet. Order was on the 28th under Hunter Stonebraker. No food, no refund, no customer service unfortunately.
I was at the mall and stopped to get a Philly cheese steak with fries. Service was quick and food delicious. There was a lot of food in the sub.

Food is trash. Bread and fries were soggy like they were soaking in water
For my mall dwelling friends. I really wanted to hate this cheesesteak but I could not. I do not consider it a traditional cheesesteak but it had a good flavor. I got all of the extras and provolone cheese. It came on a soft toasted roll. Somehow it all worked together.
Came visit the Charleys Philly steak
This particular shop is located in the christiana mall food court. I would say the fries and bacon was good but It felt much lesser quantity than the size shown on display pictures. Also there is too much quantity of cheese, which made the fries and bacon soggy and lifeless. Even the lemonade was filled with too much of ice cubes, it would be nice if you guys could add more lemonade rather than the ice cubes☹️.
