That's it. I give up on this location. The first time we came here it was very good. Every time we've ordered since it's gotten progressively worse. Capriottis is known for its thinly sliced/shredded veggies. It's why we go there. Last few times they were thick and gross. As if the apparently unsupervised teenage employees just couldn't be bothered. Sandwiches are always a little wrong. Oil when we asked for none, no pickles or peppers when we asked for them. Overcooked cheese steaks. Hard rolls. Messy sandwiches with wet wrapping. When you pay almost 40 dollars for three sandwiches you expect them to at least be edible. And the customer service is not good. When you call or go in it's as if you're bothering the employees. Now we'll have to drive extra long to go to a different location. If we go at all.
We placed an order for two cheesesteaks on Saturday 4/16/2022. It was a huge disappointment. We requested the classic cheesesteak with no peppers. Simple enough, right. Wrong!!!! Instead of no peppers they made it without mushrooms. Also, the onions were barely cooked, and the ketchup virtually inexistent just like the meat.This order was a total waste of my time and money.
What is it? The cold weather? The snow? Is it laziness? No, it’s has to be just one cook on staff ruining it for everyone else. Or is it just the horrible recipe that creates what some could call a cheesesteak but most would call a sorry excuse for one. If you order a cheesesteak be sure to ask them for meat because they will forget it. They will not forget the condiments though. Order a cheesesteak and you will receive 900 mushrooms, 400 onions, and a good amount of cheese, but barely any steak. Order at your own risk.
I was very disappointed with my sandwich. The bread was hard as a brick! I barely had meat on my sandwich they gave me more lettuce than meat. For $10.59 the sandwich definitely wasn't worth it. I will never go back.
Sandwiches are consistenly good but there's always confusion whenever you get in. People not sure what to do. I called ahead to make sure my sandwiches were done and I still had to wait even though they told me it was ready.
We've attempted to order a couple of times from this location. Both times we've canceled our orders. The employees here are so rude and just don't care. Both times we were really looking forward to a good sandwich but have always just walked away upset and angry by how we were treated.Do yourself a favor and fire the person who usually answers the phone.. really it's a major disappointment. I have always loved a capastrami well last night was definitely a bad experience. We ordered 3 and the meat is not the same. Don’t no if it’s jus this location. I hope so it was not good at all. Never again!!
