Place looks very nice inside.. First time here... got the classico pizza from their Wood fire oven.. its great.. good amount of cheese along with nice, soft and crispy crust... fantastic place... they also service cocktails and other beverages along with ice cream..
Everything else was awesome!!! The food was so good. They can work with your dietary needs. As for the noise, we sat outside and at times traffic noise was loud but thatâs to be expected.
Never disappoints. So many choices among all the delicious dishes on the menu. Shout out to our server, the adorable Lacey, for superior service.
En'tre (4) Diver Scallops $38.75. Serving dish spoon portion of rice. Two (2) mini wedges of grilled pineapple no greens. Plate was of a appetizer portion. Wine glass was about 1/2 inch level of product. VERY NOISY and restaurant was 20% filled. Wait Staff came to table for first time when meal was 90% complete. No water refills. So each scallop after tip ($8) was $12 each. No longer have validated parking so add the cost of Newark City parking fee to your dining experience.
We were disappointed at first. Service was less than stellar (wrong food served to one of us and wrong price on the check when we got it). However, the owner of the restaurant came to our table to apologize and explain. The situation was handled extremely well and professionally. Food was excellent. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish.We will definitely be back, because of the quality of the food, as well as the kindness of the owner.Thank you, Ryan German!
Went here when it was graduation night at the local university. Expected it to be busy but not too bad. Was a little disappointed that the menu was cut down with every pasta dish in a cream sauce. Could have been more variety.Food was excellent but the reason for 4 stars was that one of the wait staff at the end of his shift decided to change out of his shirt in the restaurant next to our table.
Table and glasses were filthy. Our server couldnât answer any questions about the menu and wasnât willing to go find the answers. We left before ordering our main course.

As always, Caffe Gelato delivers as a "go to" restaurant for a special occasion, in this case, Father's Day. The wait staff is very well-trained, and the food is delicious.
