They handed me the wrong bag, and I started to pull off, but they acknowledged they made a mistake. They apologized for the issue, and handed me my correct order. With everything going on these days, it's about treating these workers with respect. A lot of places are short staffed and are struggling. I'm sure we've all been there at one point in time

I hate to say anything bad about services provided by others or stores, but this place has no interest in getting your order through or even care that costumers are waiting for long periods of time on either placing a order or getting one. Dining in is closed but has nothing to show you that Dining is isn't available. Drive through is absolutely nonexistent. Employees on their phones and seems to not care about the consumers trying to get their order. U can see that they don't care if u are waiting long times or not. Seems they pay more attention to each other and being on their phones then getting orders out and costumers at least somewhat satisfied. I think corporate or management needs to revisit this place. Will not return. Left without even getting my order in because it was 30 minutes or more waiting in line of drive though.

Times have changed. I went and got a 2 for $5 sandwiches and got a Big King & a fish sandwich what a TOTAL WASTE of MONEY. The fish sandwich is a flat small piece of so called fish and no taste. Everything BK makes now a days is all bread for the sandwiches. Never buy the FISH SANDWICH

store uses a shortened time schedule without notifying the app. I placed an order with the coupon for the 37 cent whopper. only to find the store is closed. burger king can’t even restore the lost coupon. what was supposed to be a treat turned out to be a huge hassle. terrible.

Ordered breakfast online went to pick it up around 11am. Tried to enter the establishment to pick up my paid for order the doors to the lobby are closed. I turn to look at the drive through 7 cars in front of me. I pull around to the window and walk up to quickly attempt to obtain my order to be ignored by the staff who looked directly at me and ignored me. I knockOn the window and was given the sassy wait symbol. When the staff member finally opens the window. 3 mins later , I advise her I’m trying to obtain my order which is already paid for and the lobby is closed. The Cars are still stuck at the speaker at this time. The lady tells me to I have to pull around and give my name. I’m extremely agitated at this time, but I pull around and wait for the 5 cars ordering. After 20 mins I again each the window. I tell the staff my name and I’m picking up a pre order. My prior online pre orders, the food is prepared and is normally place on a heater rack that is quickly obtained and turned over to the customer. I was told my food is not there and was never Made because breakfast was no over although the order was made prior to breakfast ending. I was charged and no food no refund ! The staff member pretty much got a attitude and yelled she only has two people working today. I’m looking for a number to Managment because this is terrible service! I wouldn’t want anyone to deal with what I went through this morning. Stay away . Eat McDonald’s.

Second time ordered whopper and given a cheeseburger. Phone number not in service. 6.59 for an old dried out cheeseburger in whopper wrap. Screw you Burger King…

I had to be stuck in the drive through for atleast a half an hour. The car in front of me waited forever at the window and was never acknowledged, so he pulled forward. I also did the same considering I had already been waiting and locked into the line for about 20mins. When I got to the window I told them my order. They were nice but got the order wrong so I had to wait a little longer. They weren’t rude but I also didn’t want to show my frustration because I didn’t want my food messed with. However, not a good experience at all. And the food was thrown together sloppy. The guys working looked like they were moving in slow motion which is crazy because there had to be at least 10 cars backed up behind me. And that was after a few left . I hate to give anyone a hard time but that was terrible and I won’t be going back to that specific location. I ate the food because I was so hungry but I’m slightly worried if I should’ve even trusted it.

you only get 2 sauce packets no matter how much food you order. you can order 40 nuggets. you will get 2 packets. no more. i’ll go to a bk that isn’t scared to “lose profit” on the account of sauce

Very understaffed but some employees show that they actually care. Shrek with dyed hair on the other hand talks down to his crew. He definitely is only in charge cause he’s been there the longest

This Burger King needs an inside makeover with their team. The employees were chit chatting amongst each other and giggling vs working. It’s fast food and it’s not like they were busy with customers. The wait for the food was ridiculous!
