Food good but facilities are run down. Parking lot was damaged. Help is very nice and polite.

Typical Burger King. Not happy they aren't doing the value menu anymore. Got the same Burger but paid three times as much. With their prices going up I may as well visit Panda Express up the street. Better lunch for the same price.
Good prices but the wait time is ridiculous always at all times inside and drive thru! They just can't get it together!

App did not work at store location on Kirkwood highway, Newark. Went through drive through, and made it crystal clear! I said no mayonnaise twice, I wanted mustard in place of it. I got mayonnaise on my whopper. I do not want mayonnaise on my whopper! And I did not get ketchup or mustard????
The fish sandwhich has shrunk over the years, which is disappointing.
NEW REVIEW!I must say this location has did a complete 360! The staff is amazing the food is always hot and ready in a reasonable time. We go often now, I believe there is new management Because I could not say enough. Im glad we gave this location another try. We ordered breakfast on the app when showing up the worker said we couldn't have food because their manager didn't schedule anyone to work untill 10? What? And then had an attitude. Saddly this is the one closest and it's is always horrible service.
Drive-thru service was relatively fast and efficient. Later went to the restroom which was clean. Patient staff.
