I recently placed an order at this BWW. I placed one order and then placed another a bit after. There was a bit of a wait, which I knew, but as I was sitting and waiting for my next order one of the employees made sure I was taken care of and even offered me a drink. She looked like a manager because of her black polo, but even the regular team members kept me company and engaged me in conversation. This customer service really made my night infinitely better after a rather bad night, and really turned my night around. The food came out before expected and was hot and delicious. These employees deserve a raise for their hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond their job duties.
Went with a party of 50 including 16 kids ages 9-10 on a team. On a Saturday night at 5pm. We called ahead and the GM said come on in. Sat us in our own space. Multiple people at restaurant helped out. Kids had a blast together. Great food and service. Excellent GM. Highly recommend if you’re in town!
We went with a group of 50 during a tournament with 16 kids from a team and all the families. It was 5:00 on a Saturday. We called ahead earlier and they said they could take us. Awesome service for such a big party. General manager and others pitched in to help. Very impressed. We were in our own little space for such a large group. Food and drinks were great. Very accommodating. Highly recommend.
I ordered 15 traditional for myself. My friend had 10 traditional as well. The orders were to go so I didn't look when I got the bag but all of our wings had little to no sauce on them we used Frank's wing sauce I had from the fridge.
SLOW. SLOW. SLOW. Sauce never covers the wings. Did I mention how slow they are? The workers are pretty nice but this place is just way too slow. When they say 15 mins they mean 30-45 mins. They are slow.
0/2 Buffalo Wild Wings, 2nd location the tots came out with no Buffalo powder. Server didn’t even know it was supposed to be on the tots. On the plus side the nice server brought be a giant cup of it and was quick with the tv change the beer refills and super polite! Way to get yourself a extra star Jacob !
Ordered two cheeses and got one mustard and one cheese neither had lids....
I honestly love this location the most.Friday night with 3 dollar tall draft beers and half price appetizers and hot piping wings is a good end of a long work week .
Food was the typical BWW food. The issue is service or lack of. This is the second time we had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. It appears the servers we hanging out in the back and came out after the manager shewed out to the seating area. That was our last visit there.
Just ordered the 20 boneless/20 traditional and had my son pick them up. Open the box to only half of the wings there. This type of thing has happened repeatedly when ordered from this location. Stay away if you want your food.
