4 stars only because... When we first came in the guy told us 5min wait for a table and then forgot us and never came back up to the front... But once we were seated... We had an awesome waiter.. he had great suggestions.. he was nice funny and friendly... He even put us on to eating the cheese bites using carmel sauce as a dip... And when I tell you... Omg.. it tasted amazing... The drinks were great and u could actually taste the liquor unlike most restaurants so that was a major plus.... All the food was delicious... We cleared the plates.. the tacos were perfect for our first time trying them... All the wings were cooked perfect and tasted amazing... I would definitely recommend this location... And we will definitely be going back again... I wish I remembered the waiter name because he was amazing best waiter we ever had.. hope we get him again.. he made our night great
The meal was good, so was the service. But a Big sticking point is we were using a gift card to make partial payment on our meal. The server came back with the receipt and gift card in hand. It had change only on the card. This is the second time a Buffalo Wild Wings has done this to us. What is going on? ? if you are not using the whole card balance, then only charge for your food and drinks in whole dollars, not any cents. Now I am stuck with a card with .15 cents on it. What going on guys?
Horrible experience with the server and bartender. I went to meet co-workers maybe a group of at least 10 of us, and I have never experienced such bad service. The waiter never approached me, after a while of waiting I went to the bar and the bartender said she couldn’t serve me, I had to talk to the server. Then she gets the server and he tells me that we all have to leave in 15-20 minutes because another party is coming. He sent me back to the bartender. I’ve been there before and I was shocked at the experience, but hey at least I got to catchup with my co-workers. ?♂️ won’t be back there anytime soon.
Loved the chicken wings before I converted over to becoming a vegetarian. Luckily, they have Lot of friendly options for vegetarians now. The cauliflower wings are great! They rival to boneless chicken ones.
For the second time in the last year we placed an order over the phone and when it was picked up and arrived at home, the orders were incorrectly completed. First time we were not charged correctly (under charged) and I drove back and paid for the not charged product. Didn't want the young lady behind the counter to be short changed. Even offered me free fries, which I refused. Yesterday (second time), my wife picked up the order and when she got home, the fries were missing. She called back and George was very understanding and offered to place a note on the system if we wanted to pick up the fries. She asked for the manager to report that was not the first time this happened and Jason (acting manager) picked up and proceeded to tell my wife that it was her responsibility to check the bag prior to leaving the restaurant. Also told her to get off the phone as she was tying up the line.I called back and spoke to Ryan (the other manager) and he mentioned that it is the responsivity of both the customer and the staff to ensure that all the items are in the bag. I asked to speak to the owner and Ryan told me that the General Manager is Britney. I asked that Britney either call me back (as she was not available) or I could call her back. She's not in the place until Tuesday between 12:00 and 10:00 PM.Customer service at this location (Stanton Delaware) lacks training for the managers. The staff is great but up the ladder seems to have a chip on their shoulder and don't like to address issues.Ii plan to go further up the ladder and contact the franchise owner and then corporate for Buffalo Wings to let them know how their name is not properly represented.
I ordered 10 wings and they were fine although I placed my ordered to be ready in 45 mins. It took an additional 20 mins at least. I also ordered cheese fries anslwas thoroughly discussed at the small amount of fries in the box. Equivalent to a small McDonald's fry but was charged $5.
Love their service. Friendly staff. Great food
This was definitely the worst BWW experience I've ever had as a 6 year customer. The main gripe of this interview will be the quality of food.We were seated today for happy hour and waited about 10 minutes before the server got to us because nobody notified her that we were one of her tables. We ordered apps and waited another 10 minutes before a small order of mozzarella sticks came, which did not have a cheese pull at all because they weren't hot enough. The server then left and didn't come back to check up. At the 40 minute mark after being seated, another server introduced herself because the 1st one had left for home without telling us about the switch (which was a first for me eating at a restaurant). We then finally had the chance to order traditional wings extra crispy and wet. We waited another 20 minutes for them to come out and once they did, they were the driest, toughest, most tooth ravaging plate of cold wings I have ever had. They tasted and felt like rope twine...I'm not even joking here. If you look at the top wing in this picture, you can see individual dried out strands of chicken fibers. Our 2nd server apologized and took the wings back to be reheated. After waiting about 10 minutes, a new tray of wings came out barely warm and just as dry. Try as we did, we just couldn't stomach the cardboard. We let them know and the manager came out to speak to us.Apparently, this location is their test location so they're constantly trying "new" things. One of those things (according to the manager) is cooking the wings, letting them cool, then frying them again to achieve a double fry. What I think is they're cutting corners and cooking all the wings at once. Then when someones orders, they'll fry again to reheat them. The manager didn't even seem to mind that much that our food was straight up dry, that it was just how their food is coming out with the new method now.He did offer to have them remade for us, but I wasn't trusting the kitchen to send any better food and I wasn't waiting another 20 minutes just to eat for real. Regardless, we took the check and paid on half empty stomachs to just get out of there after staying almost 2 hours. I think only about 20 minutes of that was spent actually eating.Do yourself a favor and go to the Bear location. According to the manager here, they don't do this new method of "cooking"
This is the third time we have ordered from this location, since they moved. Each time it has gotten worse and worse. Everyone in takeout looks like they hate their job. The wait for your food is disturbing. Tonight was the first time I got my food on time, after showing up 10 minutes after the expected time. I got home and the fried pickles were not done. The breading was soggy. The wings had 1 bite of meat on them. It is definitely not worth the $40.00 we spent. Hate to say it but I think this is the last time we will order from this location
Located close to Border Cafe and Eggspectation, this place was neat, served delicious food and the staff was courteous both the times we visited the place. The place has numerous televisions like all other Buffalo Wild Wings and is always lively. There are plenty of parking area. Easy to spot from the highway. Would recommend this place.
