The manager at the main entrance lobby location was very Rude. I asked a few questions about the slushy drinks because I wanted to try one but decaffeinated. The coffee smells delicious however I can't tolerate caffeine so before I order anything I wanted to make sure i could get a decaffeinated coffee slushy, and because I'm a diabetic I wanted the one with less sugar. The manager was so rude to me she acted like I was irritating her with my questions. She kept pointing her finger at the wall and stated Look at the board. She wasn't interested in helping me at all. The tone in her voice was so sarcastic and rude. When she was helping the Asian man before me she was nice and polite but when it got to me the African American girl all of sudden she's rude and not polite.. I am an employee here at Christiana and I deserve to be treated equal no matter what position I'm in or the color of my skin. I asked her who was the manager she stated " I Am " I asked who was her boss she stated Nobody and had her hand on her hip. Then stated she Guess Christiana is the next one up. Horrible Customer Service.

Very unique selections, all of which are pretty good. The summer service was fine - the guy making the coffees seemed a bit emo, but nobody’s perfect. The prices are fair.Their signature coffees are incredible.I’d go back the next time I am driving up I-95.

Went there A few mins before it closed. Girl behind the register was so rude to the two doctors bc she was about to close. She started screaming at the other doctor and wouldn’t take her order. Than decided to come out of the kiosk and slam the door and throw her hat in the flowers. It was my turn they now tell me they are closed even though I was on line. I just wanted a muffin. They say close and go to throw all the muffins out and I said well if your not going to sell it to me and justThrow it out can I have it. And they said no. This is hospital with so many ppl and they just throw out all that food

Rude staff and poorly made coffee

I went to Brew-Ha-Ha a couples times while a family member was in Christiana Care Hospital. The service was excellent. Enjoyed the coffee and peanutbutter cookies. The menu had a nice variety. Would highly reccommond!

Tried to order on website. Very confusing website design. Take-away only during Covid. After 1/2 hour I gave up & went to Burger King- inside ordering & sit-down.

They are closed; wasted my time. Maybe because of coronavirus?

I got overcharged thrice.

The staff at the Brew-HaHa in the E Tower of Christiana Hospital makes it so very easy to provide a luncheon for a meeting there. The lunch will be delivered to the meeting room with everything needed. So easy and great reviews from the attendees!

Foremost about this Brew Ha Ha...it’s in the lobby of Christiana Hospital. Nobody’s going out of their way to enjoy a latte and relax with their laptop here. That said, the presence of a sophisticated coffee house with skilled baristas is a welcome oasis to those with hospitalized friends and relatives, as well as the great staff at Christiana.Unlike the other branches of the Brew Ha Ha! franchise, this one has a somewhat limited menu. There are pastries and other baked goods, and most of the drinks, hot and cold, are available here. If like me you’re a Brew Ha Ha! addict, two things you can expect here, though, are friendly service and the best coffee around! It makes an otherwise difficult visit to the hospital a little more bearable.
