Have called 4 times since 12:20pm to 1:00 pm. No one answered the phone. Not exactly sure what's going but it's very bad service. I would not give you a star but I had to. If you open at 11. There's absolutely no reason for you not to answer the phone

They were so incredibly disorganized! The one guy didn't have a glove on serving food and if he was going to take my order with one glove he was sadly mistaken! This isn't the first time that I've caught staff not wearing gloves!

Came here one night to grab some food for the kids. My biggest issue was the counters weren't clean there were a lot of food crumbs and particles sitting in and around the serving area.

The wait wasn't too long. I ordered a chicken pot pie. In total, I paid less than 8 dollars. I was very pleased.

Food is excellent. Management and customer service is also outstanding

The people are nice. The sweet potatoes are messy like baby food. Does not taste like other Boston markets

Had chicken dinner. All the specials were gone cause we got there late. Try them next time. Server was very polite, courteous and friendly. Good food although limited.

We had an enjoyable dinner at this stablishment. The associates were very friendly also very glad the entrees portion were full as they should!!!

They never answer the telephone!!! I have gone in there on three different occasions to inquire about the prime rib and I am always told a different day that it is available and that I have to order online!!!

This has to be the worst Boston Market in the state of Delaware. I went there last night and after standing in line for a while I was told that it was cash only. So went to my car, downloaded the app and placed my order and paid through the app. I go back in and sit and wait for my order. With no other customers in the store you would think the staff would have been working on getting my order prepared. Nope. They’re taking smoke breaks. One girl was putting her hair up in a ponytail in the kitchen around the food. The cook didn’t have a mask on. Some of the other staff had masks under their nose. So after sitting there for about 15 minutes a staff member finally asked me if I was waiting for something. I told him I had a online order and clearly my name was on their online order screen since I had been sitting there for 15 minutes. He then goes to tell me that it would be a 30 minute wait on chicken because a customer that had just walked through the door got the last one. I don’t understand how someone who just walked through the door get the last chicken when my order was put in 20 minutes before he even came to the store?!? Maybe if my order was being worked on instead of the staff taking smoke breaks I would have gotten my order. Needless to say I got my money refunded back on my card and will never visit this location again. They clearly lack management at this location and the employees just don’t care.
