Great place to meet for coffee. It is very popular with the UD students so get there earlier because they do get slammed. Coffee is worth the wait, nice pasties, buns and other sweet baked goods. A part of Bing's Bakery an institution in Newark.
Same fine quality as Bing's Bakery on Main St. Interior is small with little ambiance. Great for local college students.

Went in for a lease signing in the afternoon. Thought I would give it a try for an afternoon coffee and sweet. Best cafe latte ever! Pound cake was great. The others that were with me were impressed as well. I cant wait to go back!
This is a 2nd location for Bing's Bakery. It smells nice and looks nice but the prices are pretty high!! Some of the pastries are higher priced as opposed to their original location, as well looking subpar in comparison. The coffee prices were very high as well.

SO GOOD. I actually DoorDashed them for the first time because I was desperate for a coffee, I got a vanilla latte and added caramel. It was delicious and I am a huge coffee gal and not impressed by coffee easily. I also got a crumb cake and a vegan cupcake. The cupcake is for a friend but the crumb cake was amazing, probably the best I've ever had (made me want to write them a good review!). I was also surprised with how big they are mainly because the prices are SUPER REASONABLE. I feel like I am going to become a regular customer because I am beyond impressed!
Discovered this place only from using DoorDash so much over the last year and a half and am happy I did! They have amazing coffee and make delicious iced lattes. I order from them all the time!
The hours posted on the door and website (as of last week) indicated the shop was open until 5pm. I arrived at 3:45pm, got my coffee, and attempted to sit down but was asked to leave due to the business closing. I had arranged to have a coffee meeting here with a colleague at 4pm. The coffee was delicious, but I didn’t appreciate the business closing early with no notice. The employee seemed a bit irritated. I will take my business elsewhere.Edit: Saw on Facebook their business hours changed earlier in the month, but the door sign and website doesn’t reflect this change.
This location is so much more accessible than the main store! Plus coffee and espresso drinks yum ?
