Permanently closed
We stopped here for a snack. We hustled to get there before they closed at 6pm. We walked up to the counter at 5:35pm and the employees told us they were already closed. I thought when you worked in the food service industry closing time was closing time then you cleaned up for the day. This is so unprofessional and rude. This is the third time I have stopped at this location during the hours it stated it was open and it was not. At least this time their were actually employees there to disappoint us. I will never return to this location again.
Drove all the way here for no reason. Need to update your hours !!!!

great place for quick bites
Slowest place on earth in the busiest service area. Left the line after 10 min and little progress.
Someone explain to me why not one of the 6 employees working were wearing gloves?! This is combo Auntie Anne's, Carvel, and Cinnabon, and while the food was fresh and delicious, (SO BUSY!), we watched employees touch their face and then the food...and not wash their hands! I ordered food already in containers, but come on! That's just plain gross...damn my addiction to pretzels! If I die, bury me in pretzel dough! I'll rise again!!

Their Pretzel's are addicting. I prefer their style over Philadelphia Pretzel Factory.
