Great experience with this place. We stopped at the Applebee's on Wilton road. Horrible. 2 waitresses standing by POS a hostess holding up a hostess stand and no manager in sight. And 45 mins wait with 2 table 1 four top and 1 2 top. So we left...The Applebee's finally stop at people's plaza was everything we were looking for great server the manager was everywhere helping out. The food was tasty I will recommend this to anyone ??

Kitchen staff obviously don’t care about hygiene bc I’m currently sick & in severe abdominal pain from a stomach bug after eating there. We dined in, and my friend also experienced stomach issues.I had the quesadilla burger, he had questionable-looking grilled chicken, steamed broccoli & mashed potatoes, which he said both had a “weird texture”.Also, table & booth seats were SOAKED when we sat down. It was almost like the busser had poured a glass of ice water from the last customer on the table. Smelled like musty rag/wet dog instead of disinfectant solution.Server was nice but seemed zoned out - we had to repeat our orders to her a couple of times bc she just couldn’t seem to focus. I hope she is okay.

Have them several chances. Each time food is cold and gross, whether it be pick up or doordash. Tonight I ordered nachos, steak, milkshake, and dessert. The nachos were cold and really had no flavor. The steak was overcooked and tough, I had asked for medium rare not well done with a little pink. Milkshake had no whip cream. Then 2 weeks ago all the food was cold and gross too. I am not going to order from them again.

The bartender, Ivy, did a great job of taking care of us. The food was delicious.

Aila the store manager is BEYOND AMAZING WE LOVE HER. 9 years of coming here we’ve gotten wonderful service. Food always on time and hot. Fast and friendly.But today a new manger named sonny walked over to my table in front of the whole entire store smirking and told me to leave Applebee’s as I’m eating. I asked why he said maam you called me a nasty name and threw trash at ME. I SAID WHAT ?? when was this ? He said maam it doesn’t matter leave. I said can you get your manager please because I’m super confused and this is disgusting. He refused too and it took me 9 times of asking for her for him to go get her. This guy really just lied in my face and made up a lie to get a loyal customer out of the restaurant when I never did anything to him. But GOD SEES AND HEARS ALL! I feel so bad for Sonny clearly things aren’t as legit as they pretend. I will not let this helpless guy ruin my Applebee’s experience with his lies

Nice place, always has seating and it's quite, service is great as always. Great place to hangout after work.

This Applebee's is much better than the one in New Castle near the Walmart. The Service and Food was fantastic. I would highly recommend this Applebee's ?

Unacceptable. I asked for no tomato for a reason, not only was there a tomato but it sogged the entire bottom of the bun. To top it off, I asked for no pink, my whole burger was pink and super greasy. I'm allergic to tomato, why ask us to customize if you aren't going to follow???

Pathetic! I want my money back ! We ordered to go worth 70$ and not only did they deliver the food 30 minutes late to the car ( which we are okay as we can understand everywhere business are short staffed and waited there without complaint when there were other customers yelling at them ) , but realized when we got home that they swapped a chicken dish with beef ( we do not eat beef ) and from the starter platter ordered there was one whole item missing ( spinach dip ) and guacamole and sour cream missing too which we paid 15$ For !The chicken wings ordered had coating loosened and chicken undercooked and oily ! The food items were missing , some where undercooked , some were replaced with items not ordered and whatever we got was not at all tasting good. Instead of doing this kind of horrible service please let the customer know you can’t meet their order that day, why take someone’s money if you can’t do atleast half of the job correct ! Oh and we also did tip in advance .
