First time eating here will be last . Went to order online but you can’t customize your order then when called in to order the prices are different then posted menu. When asked about price to guy working he made comment I’m just the cook. Went to eat our cheese steaks they was so salt you couldn’t eat them . At least my kids liked their tenders.

I have heard good things about this place ,so decided to order a burger because it was quick. Well let me tell you what !!!!!! “I wish I would have came here sooner”. I only live a couple blocks away and I’m going to stop in a lot more. The staff 100% percent awesome!!! Food even better !!!!! If they can make a burger taste that damn good then the rest of the menu has got to be impressive. Please stop and support this local business you will not regret it one bit. No picture to show because the burger didn’t have a chance.
First time visiting. Ordered a burger and a BLT. The owner was great! Very personable. It was nice to have a burger place cooked to order and not to mention it was delicious! Will definitely come back
Zach’s , Are nothing but frauds very unprofessional on knowledge of their own business, that I was put on hold so they can call the owner. No one in the restaurant know how to explain anything on the phone. The owner himself is very unprofessional. I used a coupon, Thinking I was getting a combo because it said free combo with any Burger. Well come to find out their coupons are nothing but fraud and very in accurate. If things are different it should be written in very small print at the bottom or on the back of the coupon. I feel sorry as this is a brand new restaurant in already getting not so great reviews.At the end of the day your customer are in the right , And without your customers you have no business.This will be my first and my very last!!! ??
Happy Anniversary! Friendly staff and great food at a good price (when it's not anniversary day too.) Dumb luck brought me here for my first visit and a great smash burger will bring me back for more.
Amazing burgers at very reasonable prices, but even if they were pricier I always prefer to grab food here vs. a burger chain to support a local business. The staff are great! So happy to have this right here by historic New Castle :)
Stopped in to grab something fast tonight and support a small business! Blown away by the staff working and who I think was the owner! They were working so hard preparing my food and taking care of customers! This is just the Place our town needs! Thank you guys I can’t wait to be back ??????
it was nice to meet you a few weeks ago, i was disappointed only once when i went there. your son had to leave and allow a worker to finish the order. i commented on the cleanliness on the place and noted that the young man didn't pick up the pile he just swept. (just making conversation) but the young man cooking felt it should be done and stop what he was doing and picked up the mess and continued cooking,,,,, :0!!! without changing gloves and washing his hands, that got me annoyed. when he started handling the food with his glove i got upset and i had to stop him pointing out his problem and then i left even though i paid for it ... i had to just leave ( food protection is very important my wife just receive her certification, and just listening to what can happen when it isn't observe it why there is so many different break outs diseases ) but other than that issue which he apologize for it. i think if the cook stays to cooking and worker does the same you will be successful.
Ordered a large classic cheesesteak. Great flavor , great roll . Was worried there wouldn’t be enough cheese by reading other reviews , I called and asked for extra. They did not disappoint. Only giving this 4 starts because I think it could have used a little more meat , and because you can’t customize it on DoorDash because the request option is not enabled . Definitely one of the better cheesesteaks I’ve had in Delaware but still needs some tweaking .
