This location has to worst customer service and can't seem to make a burger as requested. Today's burgers were wrong and ice cold. I am done with this location and since it's the only one I visited, you could say I'm done with Wendy's. A $35 food order that's wrong and cold. Our drinks and milkshakes were wrong too. It's not rocket science...

So I ordered online about 20 minutes ahead ofTime so I can have it ready by the time I get there. We get to the drive thru window to pick up my order, they say it wasn’t made and I need to order on the kiosk even though I already ordered and paid online?? Makes no sense but okay. To make matters worse the man at the window ( he has a tattoo on his arm and a long ponytail) had a attitude while he was speaking to us and told us to get out of line and try again ( the line was wrapped around the store). He said these exact words “You can get back in my line and try again”. I called for a refund and they couldn’t give me that. Told me to wait three minutes and they’d bring my food to the door. I waited for fifteen minutes and no one came to the door and they’re not letting anyone in. The workers are inside hiding and ignoring people rather than helping people. Had to get back in line only for them to tell me to come back to the door and get my food. I got my food but it took an hour and twenty minutes. It SHOULD NOT have taken that long for any reason!

My food was ready with in minutes, the service was fantastic and the staff was very professional, patient and kind. Their new bacon cheddar burger was delicious.

Definitely not a fan. 3 wrong sandwiches and all cold as well. Spent 60$ and half our family got wrong food :(

Check your order before leaving....I ordered a burger but received a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, I was already on the road when I noticed and didn't have time to go back.....and the chicken sandwich was horrible.

The manager here is the best part of this Wendy's a couple years ago I would've given a better rating but now the orders come out wrong often, the wait time is unacceptable, no matter if you go in, do drive through, or online order you will have to wait and you have at least a 40% chance of something being wrong with your foodThey really need to pay the manager more money because she use to have that Wendy running smoothly but now it's not. Also their not even seasoning the patties on the grill that's a big no no.I say skip this one and go across the street to Arby's that's what I do now.

The lines are always long, most of the time wrapped around the building. It has been this way for years. The food taste just like any other Wendy's.

This Wendy's is amazing! The food is great,they've never got my order wrong and the staff is always nice. That strawberry lemonade is chefs kiss !

As a truck driver, it's kind of hard to eat at some places. Especially the one that only offer drive thru. However, this place was able to accommodate me. Great job!

I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. The young lady took my card for payment and walked around with it for 10 minutes. Then she handed it to another cashier. My food was sitting on the counter the whole while. I asked for fries that were hot and was told we can’t do that because we are short staffed. This is the second time this happened. If you can’t find people to work you should close down. My burgers and chicken nuggets were cold also. Never ever again. ?
