My son and I dined there yesturday. I have to say very disappointed. Service was lousy. The waiter walked by our table 4 or 5 times, and failed to refill a beverage until we asked. Waited over 30 minutes for our dinner,(it was not even crowded. Maybe 5 tables being served,) I ordered a steak and it was suppose to be 6oz., but if it was 3oz. That's the most it was. Looked like it was cut in half. Not once during our meal did the waiter check on us. After my plate was completely clean, the waiter asked was I finished when thier wasnt a thing left. Never asked if we would like desert....uggh. not a good experience, and I used to dine there a lot. Poor customer service by far.
Was there for a birthday party with a group of eight. They were well accommodating we didn't have to wait past our reservation time. The staff was friendly our food come out prompt and hot. One of the members of the group had left a personal article behind and the restaurant was calling before we even left the parking lot to let us know that we had left something behind.
Walked in two hostess standing at the door, neither greeted me nor spoke. They did however use the time to check their phones. Are we so desperate that we have to accept no service as service? I went to the bar and got the same thing. I decided to dine in with my food. They don’t deserve a single star.
Sat at the bar and had terrible service. This was with maybe 5 to 6 people sitting bar side. Then had a burger that was messy, I will say the fries were tasty though. So with that being said, I most likely will not be returning.
My experience at this particular TGIF's wasn't a good one at all. First, the waitress wasn't pleasant she looked like she did not want to be there at all. Second, it took for ever for them to even take my order. Right when I was getting ready to get up she stopped at my table to take my order. Third I waited I really don't know how long for my food and when it came I had to send it back because it had bacon on my potato skins. Then it seemed as if all they did was remove the bacon placed it in a microwave and returned the food to me. The potato skins were tremendously overcooked however the wings were good. If it were not for the wings I would have given this particular TGIF's a one star or no star rating.
Went her for valentines day. Was told the wait was 30 mins so we waited but we got a table quicker than that. They sent us a courtesy text letting us know the table was ready and also called us to make sure we were coming in. I'd give it 5 stars if I didn't have to keep asking the waitress more than twice about items I needed other than that it was nice.
Take out order review.NEVER ORDER WINGS FROM HERE!Hard almost unpalatable wings . They didn’t even bother to toss the wings in the sauce . The sauce poured at the bottom with those really bad wings kept on top.I’m never gonna go back here again even to dine In .
I went in was very slow i wasnt seated was not told they had people with resevation i waited 30 minutes and there was 5 tables sitting. It was. My daughter and i so we left and settle for kfc
I ordered 1 of their family bundles for Xmas dinner. Amazing!! Slab of ribs +, whiskey glaze sauce on the side, Grilled chicken breast, mac n cheese, broccoli with lemon, a salad, and sweet tea!! Aa-mazing. My kids & I still have food for tomorrow! Everything was very delicious!! Definitely my new holiday go to!!
Today was the 1st time ordering from here. I ordered online for pickup. The broccoli that was included in kids meal had lemon and pepper on it! Who the hell puts lemons and peppers on a kids broccoli?! My child could not eat it. It was nasty! The burger and fries I ordered were so salty I could not finish the food! The brownie dessert also came with no ice cream as advertised and they also missed my child's kids meal soda which my husband had to drive back to the store to get.
