I called the store to see if they could see my order through door dash because I wanted sauce and forgot to add it to notes, so some rude lady answered and told me to hold on real quick and not even 3 seconds later she’s saying how can I help you but it sounds like she’s away from the phone addressing a customer, so I hear her say it twice and I don’t say anything because at this point I have no idea she’s talking to me she then hangs up and I literally called back back multiple times because I really wanted my sauce she just kept letting the phone ring and never picked up so moral of the story she was very rude, unprofessional, and I didn’t get my sauce and the soft tacos were nasty and that was my last time ever ordering from there.
Before i start, i just want to say that this is most likely not the fault of the employees working in the store, but rather a greedy corporate decision.Taco Bell used to be the go-to spot for a late night meal, but now at a certain time they begin only serving doordash. I guess my money is no good there since i'm not paying over 30% more on menu items plus tip and delivery fee. What a dystopian world we are living in where customers on the internet take priority over customers that are actually physically at the store.

If I could rate this place -100 I would. The customers in the lobby are totally ignored by the sour face employees who walk right by you without even acknowledging your presence. Then they wanna tell you they are short staffed like that is the customer's problem. Then walk away.Super unprofessional!!! To top it off the restaurant is always smelling nasty and always dirty.
We had to wait an hour for our food!!We wanted to leave after 45 minutes waiting but they wouldn't give us our money back.Never saw anything.like it...they didn't even care.....very rude....avoid
I think it's best if you guys shut this doors and only do drive thru. When you go in the restaurant there is no one attending to the customers in the lobby then both managers and workers wanna tell you that there is only two people working so you're gonna have to wait 1/2 hour. With a whole Lotta attitude behind it. Then they have the slowest people working 3 nachos took 20 min for them to make. Oh and let me also tell you about when you go in for your doordash pick up 45 min and more.
They didn’t have any Doritos tacos and didn’t give us any hot sauce! At least they got the order right this time.
Always loved the 3 taco combo. It's a reasonable price. The food is rather light. A small group of us ordered the same thing. Talked and laughed over a quick meal; then, parted ways feeling satisfied.
I never leave reviews and if I do they are always positive but our experience here was terrible. My husband and I were traveling and stopped so my husband could grab something to eat and I could use the rest room (I'm 7 months pregnant). He ordered 2 things and we stood there for 30 minutes. Then asked if we could get a refund. The guy at the register said the manager was to busy to talk to us or help us but I could visibly see her in the back sitting on a chair. I waited 10 minutes and she still didn't come. I asked again and got "shes busy " We walked out With out food or a refund and there was a man standing there who was there before us for over 45. I understand stores get busy . I have worked in customer service but getting ignored and not even being able to get money back is so unprofessional.
I would give it a 2 but the staff were doing their best in a terrible situation. 12 cars in drive-thru, online orders pouring in, 6 groups of people ordering at the kiosks. Took over 20 mins to get our food but staff were trying. I have had worse service at a slow restaurant.
