I love how I can make a custom drink the is a funnel cake Frappuccino with 2 scoops of strawberry’s caramel syrup at the bottom heavy dream and vanilla that’s it!
Listening skills definitely need to be worked on at this location. They are very inconsistent when it comes to some of the Frappuccino flavors. I have gotten wrong drinks and wrong sizes multiple times.

Very pleasant experience, amazing staff. Really like the setring with zoning to sit and relax while waiting or enjoying your drink. Outside sitting area is also nice.
They were awesome yesterday. My Starbucks card was empty and I didn't know it. They patiently waited as I filled in my car. In the drive-thru. And my order was perfect!
I just love it when employees talk to me like we know each other. First Kristen has such a warm welcome, she can literally make you buy everything on the menu. I had a random request and she was READY for. Ronette made my drink and I didn't even think it was going to taste that delicious. That drink was everything I needed and then some.
Starbucks is always on point or the one near me is always closed due to staffing issues. I was happy that I got my coffee and this awesome picture on this day.
Only a select few employees are nice. Most don’t even bother to great me, and one at the drive through is straight up incompetent. It was not busy and this girl could NOT understand me or get my order correct even after having to repeat myself multiple times. Then when I told her I was missing an item I tried to pay for it but she took the money as if it was a tip!!!!!
I have been to this location now 4 times, and every time I order same dink, Iced Matcha Latte with Almond Milk and 1 pump of vanilla, why can't they mix the matcha powder? Any other Starbucks and even Dunkin mixes their drink, but every time I get it from this location there are chunks of the tea powder all through the drink, you need to stir it more than once or twice. Your drinks aren't cheap and I spend ALOT OF MONEY with Starbucks, PLEASE MIX THE DRINK!!! On a positive note, your person Andrew I believe his name was, is AWESOME and so nice to interact with.
I generally have a good experience every time I go to a Starbucks. The people working there are very knowledgeable and I often need their help placing my order.
