Stopped in store for a late night dinner pick up. About an hour or so before closing and not sure what to expect. I can tell you that I have not had Popeyes this fresh in quite some time. We ordered a family meal (mix chicken, 2 sides, biscuits) and EVERYTHING was hot and fresh! The staff that helped us was friendly and everyone seemed to be working great together. The seating area was very clean and well lit. Where they were preparing our food was uncluttered and well maintained. Our order was ready in no time and served hot and fresh. :) we will definitely be back for another visit! I can confidently suggest this location after my experience there.
I was mistreated in this place. I was accused by the acting crew leader that I did not pay for the soda that I took from the machine.When I came to tell him that I paid for it ALL HE SAID was WALK AWAY.I felt so disrespected, and soInhuman.I just wished I didn't stopped in this place.
Way overpriced for what you get Ordered the shrimp meal...Teeny tiny shrimps. For $10. That is ridiculous And the beignets are a joke! I lived in the South and these do not even come close! And once again, way overpriced. Never again!! This is for the New Castle PA store
Used the drive through. Although there was a line, the traffic moved quickly and the order was delivered as requested.
The flounder sandwich was AMAZING!!Very flavorful and delicious. The restaurant was extremely neat & clean, and so were the employees.
Terrible customer service, honestly so ghetto. No manners, very rude people, especially when asking simple questions like why they would have their potatoes already with gravy on it. Horrible service.
Great customer service and I received my food fresh ,hot, and fast! The light skin young lady that was in the front today has Awesome customer service skills. The other young lady at the front today was great as well!

The food and the service were good. I didnt like how I ordered 2 different meals and they decided to put the sides all in one box because the side was the same. They should ask if that's OK because the order was for 2 different places and I didnt have time to go back once I realized so one of them didn't get the side.
Food was fresh and hot!! It was a pleasurable experience.
