Left Tennessee on Tuesday could not wait to get my pizza steak from Pat's just as good as I always remember and I will be back to get another one
Ordered pizza fully on the website with no issues, money was taken from my account. We have Covid and can’t go out. We waited almost two hours. Called and called. No notice of closure on website at ALL. WE RISK IT and drive to the restaurant to see a PRINT OUT SIGN saying you’re closed on the door. So where is our money? Can’t cancel the order that says it’s on the way. Can’t get my money back to try and order somewhere else. If you’re closed, shut down your site. You’re even up on DoorDash?! I don’t understand how a popular chain restaurant can not have the insight to shut down online ordering if the building is closed?
Clean establishment. Friendly and affable staff. My food was delicious. This is a good place to eat in New Castle, Delaware, near William Penn High School on Basin Road! Recommended!
I just moved here and It was my first time ordering from this place. I ordered from their lunch specials and the young lady on the phone was very helpful. Food was delicious and will be back for more !
Stopped in for a quick grab and go. Special was 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and a drink for 6 or 7 dollars, but they only had 1 slice. So got 1 and 1. No big deal, because the pizza was very good. Just don't tell me a special you don't have!!!
Unfortunately, I spoke with a lady on the phone, and questioned why they couldn’t deliver to a specific location. The response was she did not know, but they were able to deliver a street over from me. I’m not satisfied with this experience, due to the fact I’m unsure as to why.
I went there and they had a sign on the wall for a med pizza 2 toppings for $6.99 and the guy said we don’t make them like that anymore ? Then why do you have the sign up! If you ask me their stealing from the storeCharging more then they should !
Honestly good food but dont get shrimp with anything they never remove the shell which if its just shrimp is fine but in pasta? Cmon guys now i have to pick through my food and dirty my hands thats not ok you wouldnt want your food that way
Best Tuna salads around. Pizza is a bit DOUGHY.. unless you get it cooked a lille longer.
This restaurant closes at 10pm I called in at 9:19 and was told I could not place an order for a sub because they’re done taking orders if that’s the case why have your time set to closing at 10pm??? Makes no sense at all. Just close at 9pm if you aren’t going to accept new orders!
