First time I have been forced to write a review for a place I didn't even order from. I was not home at the time of delivery, delivery driver handed food over to a guest at my home and he unknowingly took delivery thinking we ordered. Upon returning home I was told about the mixup but it was too late, my kids excitedly opened the pizza and had eaten a slice each. Couple minutes later the driver shows back up this time he is hurling threats and insults towards me(this is the first I have seen this man). So basically they would have re-delivered this pizza to the correct address had we not taken a slice. We have ordered from here before but never again. I would have been more than willing to pay for the pizza that was eaten but once you handle an illiterate drivers mistake as a child you will not have cooperation from either party. As a company that situation should have been handled as professionals and taken the $12 loss and a lesson learned for the driver seeing as the food definitely got thrown away as soon as the driver returned to the store. I have a rather large family, every time we ordered the total for the orders are generally more than double the $26 order that was delivered by mistake. Not to mention we are very good tippers as well. Plenty of competition around to where we will not be missing out by not using papa John's in the future
Normally I don’t typically have an issue with an order but today I did, I called the place to order a large thin crust cheese pizza I asked for thin crust an they delivered me regular crust cheese pizza, I have nothing bad against this company because I love the pizza although I’m very disappointed the operator or worker didn’t clearly listen through the call of what I asked for, I also go here to buy my pizza an patiently wait the workers there are excellent they do their job very well I understand from a business standpoint sometimes it could be busy with a heavy work load & I’ve never met, seen or talked to the owner of this place let alone even have any idea who’s the manager an operates the business but all I’m saying is there should always be a boss or manager insight with the name tag saying manager or something so we could know who operates this business an if the owner does see this please inform your employees to Listen to orders from call more clearly next time!
The pizza was ready real quick, but there was no flavor in the pizza. You shouldn't have to dip your pizza in a garlic sauce to enjoy some kind of flavoring.
I live 7 mins away from the location my order hasn't arrived and it's already been an hour and 40 minutes I would have picked it up myself but I'm working on a house.
My husband ordered a pizza, cheesy bread, and BBQ chicken bites for us at 4:36 p.m. and they were just delivered at 6:13 p.m. The order was accurate but food was just warm. We are very disappointed in the time it took us to get our food. I called the store and the employee just said they were busy and driver was on the way. The driver apologized for the delay but that did not make us feel any better. We were told 50 minutes but it ended up being closer to 100 minutes for delivery. We will think twice before ordering for delivery from this location.
This place is awesome, the food is always done before expected, the staff is amazing, they always bless me, and have a great attitude while being understaffed. I hope they get the extra assistance they need because this location is one of the best.
Hello everyone, I came here to get a pizza for my daughter's birthday. Where do I start; this place needs new management. Instead of me being greeted by employees, I was greeted by flies. Nobody was wearing a mask or gloves while handling raw or cooked food. The flies felt at home because it's so filthy inside; from the floor to the counter where they prep the food and the one where you pay for your food. I'm a man of faith so I blessed the pizza and examined it before I served it. Omg, never again unless I see a major improvement. Enter at your own risk.
Ordered the Shakaroni and it had no sauce and no extra cheese and it was burned. Very disappointing
My pizza and cheesy bread were cold. The person delivering the food had another person in the vehicle with them holding my food like it was theirs. She said he was holding it so it wouldn't fall over. I call the store he said they had to use door dash because they didn't have any drivers. They should tell peoplebecause if I had knew that I wouldn't have ordered delivery.
They were having a register problem..the lady ask if I could come back.I did and was rewarded with great customer service as well as a tasty pizza.
