Very bad experience there’s racism treating very bad to Asian, There only one white guy don’t allow people use deal from MC app, if you ask to redeem code he just charge you bill playing customer like a stupid and don’t give you receipt, i missing the old lady manager but she retired, i am sad with this happened, I don’t like to come back anymore
This place could definitely spare the pickles and special sauce. The location in Atlantic city was on point not this one. Throw more goods on the food!
One of the most fast drive thrus in New Castle and the order was correct with napkins!! Bonus!!! The shake machine works here, WIN!!

I love McDonald's but the French fries are extremely over-priced for the quantity.
Just got a couple of sausage biscuits and a large sweet tea, they were good , the sweetness of the tea needs to be cut back a tad .
I eat here about once a month. So far, I haven't had a problem with my food or the service. Foods always neatly packaged, not just thrown together like most McDonald's. The girls at the window or always pleasant and smile.
For the price of ham egg and cheese pancake.It cost to much for what you get..I will not eat anything from you establishment ever again!!!
Horrible, unprofessional and simply just not a good place to get a quick bite. And I have worked at a McDonald’s and i know it Can get frustrating but come on they forgot the cream and sugar in the coffee I politely asked to put 7 and 7 in and they forgot the silver wear simple things like how tf am I suppose to eat my big breakfast ? and they were just rude for no reason then they wonder why they have a job like that when it’s just simple decency and professionalism.
