We are very disappointed with this place, we waited 40 minutes to be seated. Not only that our food was cold, customer service was bad, messed up our order twice and gave us two wrong item, when we asked for coffee we waited 15 minutes for sugar and cream after she brought the coffee.If you want ihop please don’t go to this placeFemale bathroom was nasty as well toilet paper all over the floor.
My preference for breakfast differs from the general public. Visited this spot pursuant to my family's suggestion. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Or server was very polite & took the order promptly. Coffee was brought to the table shortly thereafter THEN WE WAITED 50 MINUTES... No food was served. Our waitress advised there was a problem in the kitchen. We waited 5 more minutes. My day's dose of patience was gone. Left a small tip for the partial service and I don't ever plan to visit this place again????
We enjoyed a spur of the moment breakfast date. Food was delicious. Omelet & Country Fried Steak was what we ordered. Will come back again.
This was the most poorly run restaurant I have ever been in. Food took over an hour. Mind you there was 8 of us but an hour for food is insane. We watched tables who came in 20 min after we ordered and still get there food before us. Our waitress was great. But over all a very poor experience.
Service was great! They have changed their menu so much, I wasn't happy with the selection. My entire came out hot which I liked, however lacked flavor.
Our server was awesome. She took our order with out even writing it down, it came out right and she had a full section. I wish could remember her name. But she was awesome.
They have stepped up their game. I love the food and our waitress was very sweet. She put her heart into everything she did. We will be going back very soon!!
Arrived. Was greeted immediately?! Told us she will be right with us (cool).Returned quickly. Sat us and said our waitress would be right with us...despite her section was busy, she gave us prompt service. Our glasses of juice came out first..our glasses are were sparkling clean! The food was excellent! Temperature, presentation, accuracy of our order was CORRECT??! Before leaving, ppl were being greeted by the hostess and server with the same high standards. And their food looked so good l wanted to stay and order lunch. This team at this New Castle, DE store location go above and beyond for their customers satisfaction. Compared to our last visit a year ago l vowed to never step foot in any IHOP ever. The cooks were arguing and one walked out, and so did we, BEFORE we ever got seated. Today's visit? Was a 360 degree turn for the better. Management? Be proud of and continue your support for this team.. it's working! Thank you!
The food was delicious but this establishment has no heat,,no ice,,, what is going on,, the staff was very nice and I love IHOP so I did still dined in,,, 5 star for the staff and chef
The senior pancake meal was delicious and the price was indeed lower for seniors.
