I love this store! My family moved to New Castle in November last year and for the first 5 months I still went to my old Dunkin in Boothwyn, PA but with gas prices being outrageous, I tried the one next to Wawa on Rt. 13 but my coffee never tasted right so then I decided to try this location and I just love it. The employees are so so so friendly! My coffee is always made just how I like it from my first visit! Never a disappointment. They now officially know me lol. My husband went in to order a week or so ago because the app wasn't letting me add funds and when he was stating my order, they asked 'for Colleen?' ? I love it. I've noticed a lot of Dunkins are generally nicest to their regulars but not new customers but never experienced that here. They were wonderful from the get go. And today the woman who is usually in the drive thru saw me and said Hi Colleen! I like that color (my lipstick). I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend I will like to add that if you have an issue with this store, there is a reason and I'll guarantee its not the store, its you! Remember they get busy, they are doing the best that they can. Be understanding!
So I go here to order a dozen donuts and coffee they take about 5 minutes after I arrive to the window after ordering to get me my things and then they send me off without my coffee okay I'm rushing for work so I don't realize it right off because once he says thank you gives me my change have a good day I pull off only to realize he didn't give me my coffee and of course I can't get back into the line and to work on time so this is the second time this week I've left there without my coffee even after telling him you didn't give me my coffee but the coming back and telling me thank you have a nice day and giving me my change throws me all off and again I leave without my $4 coffee I paid for. Absolutely my fault for leaving but I'm totally disgusted that the practice is not to give me all of my things before you give me my money and my change or hand me my stuff with my money at the same time I'm just trying to be polite and get out of the way so the next person can get their stuff. I'm lol but it's not funny.
Convenient location.. but every time I place a mobile order, I’m still forced to wait inside the store for them to complete my order.. and I order 10-15min in advance. Why have mobile ordering if you’re still going to have me wait in a line??
I love this place. My sister and I go here everyday. Sometimes two and three times a day.

Seems like the service slowed down when multiple people of color came.in just for coffee and food that is being paid for by working folks, so had to tell them you are making us late can you serve us please. We Do Have Jobs to be on the for please and thank you.
Very slow service and my order wasn’t even right! I asked for gf white and veggie bites. I pulled off and as I was driving, I bit into a bacon and cheese bite! I don’t eat pork or dairy. Smh! Very inattentive and sloppy workers. Never returning again!
