I usually like these guys buuuut as of lately the morning crew has been falling off. I placed my mobile order at 9:09, went to pick it up at 9:22 and it still wasn’t ready. But yet they fulfilled 3 mobile orders placed after mine and all I ordered were 10 little munchkins. Smh. I don’t have these problems at Krispy Kreme?
THERE R 2 AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALES CYBIL & JAYLIN THAT WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT THAT R HARD WORKING CUSTOMER FRIENDLY WHO WORK TIRELESSLY DOING CALL IN'S, DOOR DASH, WALK IN CUSTOMER'S, & KEEP THE STORE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE COUNTER EXTREMELY CLEAN, THEY DESERVE BONUS'S FOR THEIR GREAT SERVICE & DEDICATION TO THE JOB.I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR OVER 10 YEAR'S, I'VE NEVER SEEN WORKER'S THAT DON'T TAKE LONG SMOKE BREAK'S OR STOP WORK TO MINGLE WITH CUSTOMER'S. Daily stop for my house. Always spot on. They usually start making my drink before I even place my order. They definitely don't forget a familiar face/order.
The castle is a site to see although you are not allowed to inter in some of the buildings it is still worth it the stone work is a marvel within itself.My lady friend that I took with me loved it she cried when she was there. It is with going for a visit only a 20 minute ride on the train ? that's how I went. I suggest downloading an app named Citymapper this app is extremely helpful and accurate this is how I get around when I travel abroad.
Normal DD taste. But the woman who is very friendly and always on the move so to say is awesome
While I am happy that I located a 24 hour coffee shop 10 minutes from where I stay at; I hope that better customer service is hired ASAP. Next time I come in hopefully I am greeted number one, hopefully the person is less rude, and hopefully the person doesn’t act like I just inconvenienced her by walking into the business that she works for to patronize that business. Other than that appreciate the hot coffee!
The worst customer service that I have experienced in years. Employee was preparing a large order that obviously had been placed via app. I stood in line for 10 ten minutes with other customers not acknowledged by the employee while preparing his order. I finally spoke up and he stated you can go to another DD. That's exactly what I did. Wawa was more than happy to take my money.
This has got to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Delaware Poor service and unsanitary! ? But thanks for helping me quit drinking coffee ? I went and got a green smoothie instead ? Everything happens for a reason.
Donuts were so fresh at 10 pm! Amazing work. Friendly and fast!
