dominos is literally the worst place ever! It took 3 hrs for them to deliver our food and they delivered it to the wrong house so I drove there and the driver said he delivered it and they accused me of stealing saying I had to repay for something I didn't ever get! And the one person there said And I quote yo he just trying to get free food. They literally ran out to my car to accuse me of stealing. This place needs to be shut down and I will never be going here again
I order from them because they are right by my house and it only takes me 8 minutes to drive there. Every time I order it never fails that they forget an item out of my order I make it home and have to drive all the way back. No compensation or an apology.
My order included sauces and others that I paid for. Never received them when my order was delivered,and because roommate grabbed the order while I had to run back inside because the driver didn't have change, or enough change ($10), I didn't realize it until the driver was gone. After listening to irritating, repeating automated message for literally almost 20 mins, someone FINALLY picked up the phone. I'm surprised this location is able to stay in business when it takes almost 20mins for someone to pick up the phone, and most of the time you can't even get delivery service because they don't have drivers after 6pm. My food is cold now because I eat with the sauces, because I prefer it,and ordered and paid for it. Didn't even get the included icing for the cinnamon twists. Obviously, quality check wasn't completed. Customer's get the privilege of a 20min phone waiting time, order not correct and cold food after paying $10 in delivery fees on a $20 order. It's ridiculous to be charged 50%, on an order.. I absolutely should've went with Papa John's and I will NOT make the same mistake twice that's for sure!Also, the photo of the wait time was taken before writing this, so even though it says 15 or 16mins, I wrote this while still waiting for someone to answer.. Plus, I had called previously, hung up, called my son to see if he could go by domino's for me,and then called back which is this call in the photo..RIDICULOUS!Edit: More than a drop of sauce on the pizza would've been nice, there's barely ANY sauce on my pizzas. Glad I finally got the marinara sauce so I can dip it. Never again ordering from dominos!!
My first and last order from the 2027 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA location was a four item order and they managed to have five things wrong. Three missing sauces, a missing order and an wrong item I didn't order was added and never deducted or credited back for. We had to wait for and miss the half-time show on game night to go back and pickup the missing items and the employee had a childish attitude.
Took TWO 1/2 HOURS to get my food, and the pizza was cold and taste like a school made it. Zero stars I’m telling you don’t order here, the other reviews you see should tell you that.

I’m really not one to make bad reviews but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this dominios again. The last two time over ordered I’ve had problems with my order. No cinnamon/sugar glaze on my twist, bread bowl undercooked and doughy at the bottom, barely enough pasta to cover the bottom of the bowl. They are completely understaffed so I don’t really blame the people but one time I had a problem with my order the employee there literally turned the phone off because they were the only one making orders that night. I completely understand being understaffed in the food/customer service industry but that feels a little ridiculous to turn the phones off so no one can get a hold of the establishment. I hope they are able to hire more people soon but until then, I don’t think I’ll be back.
Stayed on the phone for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had ordered a large pepperoni pizza and some cheesy stuffed bread. Driver came with the wrong order & told my boyfriend that after he was done all his deliveries he would go get mine. Ordered it at 4:15 and I just now got it. Stayed on the phone to make sure that the pizza was going to be ATLEAST warm and they never answered me. Then they answered and hung up. I understand it’s busy and what not but this is ridiculous. Like this is ridiculous.
Good pizza good sauce, and cheese. I do like the garlic crust.
This place is so unprofessional, I ordered a bunch of food just for the driver to give me the wrong order and then me calling and the girl telling me that the driver couldn’t come back because it’s only one of them and one of her, then her also tryna give me a coupon that wasn’t even half my order total. Not only did she stop answering the calls but she was outside in the car hanging out her with boyfriend. How unprofessional is that? But that doesn’t even top the cake. She knew we were muslim and tried to make us keep the pizza that they delivered (Which was sausage AND ham) Do you guys just hire anybody? Im not upset about you guys being low on staff because it happens, but if you KNEW you were low on staff, then why’d would you guys still offer delivery and not Takeout? Never again will I eat from this place.
