How can you not love this place. Just think they should have ppl who are serving be personable. Although its not waitress serve you restaurant it's fast food but customer service goes a long way.They need ppl with ppl skills dealing with customers.

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants! I love that my food is always made to order and they have so many different options to customize your meal just the way you like it. I also love the bottled Izze drinks.

Delicious, fresh food. You watch them build your meal as you select ingredients. They serve a lot of food for the money.
Like this place because 1 portions of food is so big and you won’t be hungry for a long time after that.The lemonade in this place are very tasty.
Prices have gone up and portions/proteins have become less since Brian Niccol took it over. The awesome marinade, and seasonings are now bland. Service was extremely slow especially for only three people in line. My last four visits they were also out of crunchy tacos which use to be four to a order is now three.
Yesterday I went in to grab my usual and a young lady I’m hoping is new served me. I asked for sofritas which is tufu and she proceeded to put chicken in the bowl. There’s a clear difference between the two yet she was a 110% confident I was mistaken and she was correct. After several attempts to explain this concept to her another employee stepped in and reiterated what I had just said. He took over and unfortunately she went on to serve another customer. I hope she didn’t screw that order up either.

This location varies day to day. Some days great, others not so much. The worst is the cross-contamination. As I am a vegetarian, I should NEVER find a chunk of meat in my queso, but it has happened multiple times. I wish Frank were still in charge, he had the place running well, but it's not so bad that I'll stop going yet. This Chipotle is so convenient for me.
