Kind note: Please be patient and respectful towards fast food employees, especially if they are short staffed or have a lot of orders coming in. As a previous employee myself, it’s not easy but somehow we all make it work. Chick-fil-A you got to do better with the fry sizes. I ordered a large fries and get home to eat my food, open the bag and my large only have enough fries in it to fill a med size container. What the what!!! Where are the rest of my fries? And this isn't the first time I felt like I was being skimped on my order. Not a happy customer right now. I gave you a four star because everything else is right.
Disappointed. Chic-fil-a is usually good , however last couple times from this location hasn’t been as good . That chicken is thinner than a mcchicken patty from McDonald’s. It’s also dried out as you can imagine. This location needs to start making sure the quality of the food stays consistent .
Never been inside as I always use drive-thru.Lines are long BUT consistently does not last more than 3 minutes (my experience).Food is nice and customer service is excellent.
Today was my third day coming to this location and for all three visits I used the curbside pick up option.The first day that I came here was outstanding; my order was kind of late coming out the door but when I got it I can tell that they dropped the chicken fresh and everything was piping hot, everything was delicious, everything about that order was perfect.The second day I came my order was super late coming out the door and then when I went to eat it it was warm at best. So my experience that day was all right.Today my food was super early actually; I ordered my food and I went to Starbucks to get coffee and they had called me to let me know that they were already done with my order to my surprise. I picked up my order and went to pull my sandwich out of the bag and as you see in the picture it was ripped. I understand things happen but on the flipside of that if you’re wrapping a sandwich you have to make sure that it’s not open especially with Covid and all the other stuff around these days everybody is going to just be on high alert with certain things and to me I couldn’t eat that because it was open.So this is why I could only give it a 2 because out of the three times I’ve been here I’ve only had one great experience. I know you can’t get it right all the time it’s just more attention to detail.
Delicious and fresh everytime, I have never had a bad experience with any Chic-fil-a! Also if you ever get the chance to try their breakfast menu it is just as good as the lunch and dinner menu.
The service sucked! They forgot my cheese sauce and my mom's order was incomplete. The team members were very nice but I didn't like how they continued to tell me that I didn't order my cheese sauce but they never added it to my order. My food got cold because they spent 2-3mins explaining the receipt to me and all I wanted was the rest of my order so I could leave. It's like they wasted my time. I don't like this location

I Love this place!! I normally get strips along with Mac and cheese, or a chicken sandwich and waffle fries with a lemonade..wait time is not long at all, it was definitely a brilliant idea to have 2 lines because they are always busy! the ice cream is amazing and the chicken noodle soup is a go to!
Everything was good until I feel I was going back and forth with general manager about my experience on my visit day which was my first and last visit to this location I’ll stick to my usual spot in bear.
