Customer service unacceptable. Put people at the window who knows how to deal with customers. The guy who took my order either was ignorant or misinformed about the menu items. To top it all when I handed him my Amex card, he returned it saying it was declined. When I called Amex right from there, they advised me that this merchant didn't accept AMEX..... therefore this guy should have known that before he took my card.
Went to the one on 13 south New Castle!! They suck!!!The young girl at the register literally dump three large liquids in my husbands lap with no apology or anything!! Didn't even want to give him a towel or anything to dry his lap. Got none of the orders right was charged $27.000. Supervisor came in and was suppose to help but was useless, she talk to my husband with food in her mouth the whole time. She waved me and my husband off telling us we were holding up the line!!!!!! Meanwhile my husbands lap was soaking wet. NONE OF THESE.PEOPLE.ANY HEL! PLUS YOUNG PEOPLE DON'T LISTEN. THE CASHIER ACTED LIKE SHE WAS DRUG! ALSO THE PLACE AROUND THE SITE WAS FILTHY. IF I WAS STARVING I WOULDN'T GO BACK THERE!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

Slow...took the gentleman 5x's taking our order. However, the food was hot and he didn't mess anything up.

Checker does reliably Good Burger this place was nothing special and the staff seems turn on lazy and didn't seem to care and a burger while tasted good was very slowly put together the presentation was terrible is it taste good and it's not a bad bang for your buck
