They usually have great crabs. However last time I ordered the crabs were not goodA lot of water in the crabs. They were not good. I think they were already cooked and the re-heated because the amount of water in the crabs were excessive. If they can fix these in the next order that would be great. Staff is always helpful and polite.
I just ordered two dozen male number one crabs to be cleaned which is extra fee that I am fully aware of.. as I placed my order I clearly asked if they could clean them as that's honestly the I oh way I perfer to eat them. The gentleman who answered the Phone asked somebody if they were currently still offering that service. She replied YES and he then proceeded to tell me that it would take 45 mines which I confirmed that to be okay .I arrived at Captain Zekes about a hour later and my order was complete or should I say incomplete . They we're not cleaned . The employee proceeded to tell me they are swapped and acted like it was my problem and acted like I should have known . I said to him I am not concerned about the price , I would have paid the amount because that is what I asked for and if you guys were not doing that today then I would have said no . It's unfair ther you guys just give me something I didn't request and expect me to the okay with it . It was horrible customer service . The crabs were not cheap, they came to $110 and frankly it's a waste because I don't like to eat them this way . I told him that if it changed after I hung up. Someone should have updated me via phone .
The food was OK seafood isn't hard to steam there was a lady that worked there that completely ignored everyones presence and acted like we weren't saying excuse me to ask a question. She was very rude and nasty. When she made eye contact she said she doesn't answer questions and to ask someone else. Part of running a good business is having good customer service. Meanwhile the owner stood there the whole and never checked his staff. Because of her I will NEVER return and I think it's important for people to take a stand and go to the many other seafood spots around. Once they lose enough business they will see how important a good staff is.
They give you little for a high price and it was nasty strimp was stuck to the shell crabs where small I would not ease your money go to jakes in town they give you your money’s worth cheap cheap cheap

This was my first time at Captain Zeak's. I ordered the snow crab steam crab steam pot.
Many seafood businesses have tried this location. Some were good but, most failed. Zeke's is a go to place for me. For large and small occasions or just for a great snack, I can count on getting good, fresh seafood here at a relatively fair price! I have them steam or cook most of the foods I buy here. Clams, shrimp, oysters, fish and CRABS!! Always do an excellent job and so far, I've been completely satisfied with their service.
Crabs were meaty and seasoned. Great price for the size and time of year. Will definitely be my go to crab spot when I come home.
We got crabs here and the females were pretty good and had a special. But the full priced #2 males were really soggy and had a weird taste to them.
The fried shrimp is soooo good and my customer service experience was awesome everybody was really nice
