The service was so bad I had to park in the parking lot to write this review ‼️ my son choose BK for his reward on our way towards home at 8:25 ish. The person who was on the intercom was so rude and nonchalant!!! Even a sloth has more enthusiasm! I'm pretty brave and outspoken respectfully but I was speechless and dare not speak up for my child and I, they gave him dead fries, no ketchup like we asked and when we pulled up to the window they literally stared us/ me down, there was 4 employees and obviously we broke up their party. I suggest the owner gets a hold of the situation and as for us never again will I stop at this particular location.... I'm still flabbergasted at the situation... Update after I wrote this review we wanted to use the restroom, a little bit before I was done an employee unlocked the door not too long after another one came out to smoke still wearing gloves ? I guess he noticed us in the parking lot walk back in, right after he went back in we get out the car to use restrooms just to find out they had locked all the doors again ?. And I never got a receipt.

Watch out for over charging!!! I went here for a combo meal and a double cheese burger, tried to charge me $26. I'm not sure if it was a new person, but I immediately left the drive in line because doing the math, it just did not make sense. I would suggest to anyone that orders from this location double check your receipt and also if something sounds off, go with your intuition and leave
The best burger King I've ever been to I love the girl in the drive through who always let's me no I'm not getting a drink when I didn't order one it makes me laugh every time
I don't have any complaints except the fact that the drive thru line can be a bit long..The food is always pretty good and the fries are normally a good temperature.
The drive-thru is horrible. They gotta do better 30min is insane. It's always slow !!

I know there a shortage of people working, omg, I had to a hour for chicken nuggets!! Why???? I wish I could of backed up, but unfortunately, there no where to turn around at. Crazy!!!
The Burger taste like the meat was bad. That was my first time going to a Burger King. I stop by because every time I pass by there the charcoal smells so good. I also ordered 2 large fries with no salt & they were so salty I could not eat them. That was my first time at a Burger King & it will be my last time.
Made the mistake of coming back here after avoiding it for years due to extremely slow drive-thru sevice. Somehow it went from bad to worse. As usual, the customer disservice workers refuse to apologize for the delay. I'm done with them for good, hope this BK shuts down permanently.
