I have just recently started to go back to burger king because of bad experiences in the past. The manager a black woman that has no customer service. Speaks down to everyone including the employees. It was just an over all horrible experience due ordering from this particular location. I received a breakfast sandwhich which I did not order. Instead of any type of apology or compensation instead I received glass slammed in my face for the 4th time.

stopped here on the way home from Philadelphia airport at 10:45 on 3/16/22...pulled in behind a vehicle that had just pulled away from order station...sat for 5-8 minutes without getting a response to our questions or even a "honk" of the horn...we were very hungry but waited and rode a bit longer to reach a BK...the car in front sat for a long time at the window and appeared to pull off empty handed...when we pulled up to window to inquire what exactly was going on we were waved on from behind a closed glass....thanks for nothing BK this was my last attempt to purchase your food....EVER !

y'all are extremely slow, i was there during the last snow storm there was only one car in the drive-thru , they were waiting at the window for their food while we waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. then when i got up to the window i wanted another 10 minutes for a whopper fries and a drink. there was no one in the store and the only other car that had been there was in front of me and had left. there was also 6 people working! or should i say standing around doing nothing. ill give y'all one more try but hell there`s two BK`s on 13.

The restaurant opens at 7:00 am, I arrived there at 8:30 in the drive threw. When I got there the guy told me to give him a minute and had me waiting over 20 minutes without saying anything else to me. So I tried to go in the restaurant and the doors were locked. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here and I will not be returning. I don’t know the guys name that worked this morning but his customer service was TERRIBLE and I hope he gets disciplined!! January 4, 2022

Fine if you're in a pinch I guess.

After sitting in the drive-thru atleast 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us, we got home to find out that everything in our order was wrong. They left out 1 of 2 whoppers with cheese and did not give us cheese even after going back. My 2 Italian chicken sandwiches that were supposed to have extra marinara were 2 original sandwiches with only lettuce and mayonnaise.

They were under staffed one and myself were in the drive through lane for 15 minutes i through that there's a long line. I got out of the lane. Went inside to my surprise there was no line. And the guy in his was still waiting to order... we placed our order it was not as we ordered item were on the sandwiches which were. Not asked for i asked the manager could he complete my order. We will not return to that location..

Ordered at 7:00 pm for uber eats. By 8:40 they still didn’t have the food done for the uber eats drive to pick up. Had to cancel.

Food was nice and hot, fries weren't too salty. Everything was just right. The staff was polite and friendly. ?

Went to burger King in manor Park and waited 2 maybe 3 minutes at the drive thru and heard nothing. There were 2 cars at the window but no other cars at the drive thru. I wasn't sure if the machine was working so I said hello, the guy working the drive thru gave an attitude because I said hello. I'll never go there again, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
