Horrible place. 2 tables, 2 servers, no manager, and a 45 min wait. I didn't understand the wait. The hostess didn't look to happy on greeting the 4 of us. It possible wasn't their fault. I blame the management. Why wasn't the manager present in a time like this?? It starts at the top. They need some regional managers to come take a look at this place ASAP

I will be honest I used to hate this place. But in the past few months the manger Khalid has made a huge difference. He’s brung in new host, new waiters and waitresses, everyone’s so respectful and calm cool collective. Anytime my family eats here Khalid makes it a point to come say hi and make sure we are happy. Sonny is a great waiter also ! The best of the best.

I'd like to take this moment to thank the team of 5 who took 45 minutes to get this order out to me. I wasted 45 minutes of my life standing waiting for this take out order. Somehow it was all cold when I got it. ? Marquita... you weren't behind the bar for the 1st 20 minutes I was there. I only know your name bc 3 different people were screaming for you. Your team took care of me. If you want to call my 45 minute cold over cooked chicken fingers and fries being taken care of. I hope you all get the same service you give with your hard earned money too.

Me and my husband had the absolute worst experience a restaurant could ever give us. When we showed up there was a half hour wait. But that wasn't our problem to begin with. We had no problem going into the Walmart while we waited that length of time for our table because before we knew it it was time to go in and be seated. Our server Chanel was the absolute worst server I've ever had known to man. It took her 17 minutes to greet me and my husband. And let me tell you I had to walk physically into the kitchen to get the couple of servers attention that were not on the floor but rather in the back doing God knows what. As she approached our table she never introduced herself. We jumped right in to give her our drink order and food order. My platter came out perfect. My husbands food never came with the shrimp he wanted on his steak or the broccoli that was due to be on his skillet. She delivered the food as we were outside smoking for a split second. We came in right away when he realized he was missing the broccoli and shrimp. She never checked on us not once. When we flagged her down for our tab I had to tell her the beverage I put in the small tablet on our table was never delivered and that I needed it to be removed off of our bill she rolled her eyes and then we noticed she has to physically put in the computer for my husband's broccoli which should not have been added on as extra but was. needless to say we watched numerous tables walk out. The hostess said the other manager left way early on. The other manager who was a male never walked the floor. One sever convinced a table in an abandoned section to leave I was completely mind blown and disappointed at the same time. I will never ever eat at this Applebee's again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DOWNRIGHT WORST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!! Waited 15 minutes to get seated. Then, was passed by 4 servers before one finally asked if I needed help or was talked to. Then, when the server came, totally phased out, entranced, with a glazed look on her face, with no apology for passing by our table 7 times before taking order. Then, when complaining manager on duty did no repercussion or discipline for her attitude. Will never go back. Don't waste your time, money or energy. My opinion, fire all the employees and get better people and attitudes, and your ratings will improve. Truthfully, I'd give this place a minus 3 star review if I could. ?????????

Don’t get me wrong, I love Applebee’s . I use to come here atleast two times a week. Do to the food is great and the waitresses were on point.I’m here now and ask four times for a glass of ice water with my mixed drink. Still have not gotten a glass of water. My appetite was cold when we received it. I’m looking around and still have not seen my waitress or another one. They are all in the back just chit chattin. Obviously, they don’t have a manager here or the manager don’t know how to do her job. Applebee’s food is great every time! Food gets 5 stars but, servers need to step up there though!

If you ordered online or on the phone, make sure you open your food before leaving. Especially if you ordered ribs. This location is getting crazy giving people wrong order. Every time I ordered the full rack baby back ribs, I always get the half. Now I know how expensive ribs are and I’m not about to pay double price for half ribs. I love Applebees, so I guess I’ll continue to open my food before I leave and they’ll continue saying “ sorry about that “

My son and I ordered at the same time.I got my little piece of steak first.He got his hamburger about 10 minutes after my food. The steak was so small.I was so disappointedThen when I got home I checked my credit card and found out they charged me for something I didn't even get. I called and talked to Manager and he told me they would put the extra charge back on my credit card. I feel like they have done this to other people only because the manager didn't even asked what the item was Please be careful and make sure you read your receipt before you pay .

We’ve ordered delivery from here multiple times and almost every time something was wrong or missing but tonight was just horrible. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the bun was stale and hard. My husband got the steak with loaded mashed and broccoli, he didn’t get the broccoli and there was a black plastic piece (looks like a pen clip) in his mashed so he didn’t up eating them. We also ordered the brownie bites and for that little brownie and dressing cup of ice cream it should not be $2.50 or give a little bit more ice cream.

You might be better off going to the one in newark. Sometimes when you have a problem and you have to make a phone call to the store, you may have employees impersonating the manager. The manager, whom I've met, is actually a good person. But this inconvenience will be frustrating for the average customer. And the sad part is, my son was working there and I just wanted to resolve an issue over why it took so long to cook some chicken tenders at the end of his shift.
