Sadly they do not except coupons that I get weekly in the mail. Do not understand why they don't. I will visit a different location

Had the veggie delight because i am trying to loose a few pounds bIt the subs are all good and you can choose what you want on them. Emphasis onVegetables. Great value.
I ordered a veggie patty sub and a veggie patty wrap and they were delivered to me missing the veggie patty in both and still charged me for it. Their staff has messed up orders more than once and that is one too many for my liking.
Ordered spicy Italian sub. At checkout,, I asked for senior discount, she asked for my ID, I handed her my state driver license and she said no if I was eligible I'd have a subway ID.I told her if my license was document enough I wouldn't buy from them.Wth is wrong w/people that you must fight for .45 cent discount.

Don't take coupons and second time I went to get subs and they were closed early.
I couldn’t use my coupon the lady wouldn’t make the sub I wanted. And every time I asked her put something on the sub she just looked at me like I was dumb so I had to buy a sub I didn’t even want be she wouldn’t let me order the one I want. Safe to say I will never go back
I always loved coming here. I am a true local, not an implant… worked in restaurant business for YEARS. Not here to make a stink….. but when all the lights are on, the hours posted on the door clearly read 9am-9pm, it’s quarter after 8 when I arrive, and no one answers the phone or unlocks the door?? That’s pretty messed up. Gone way downhill since it’s been under new ownership ?? ALSO, have had a couple situations where I have gotten BAD attitude from the younger crowd working here now.
They got my type of bread wrong, cheesesteaks feel empty. I wanted it toasted and it came out of the oven still cold. I’m guessing their oven isn’t working.
