Terribly slow. 26 minutes to get egg bites and 2 drinks. One drink was not correct and one set of egg bites was over cooked (brown), which I have never seen at any Starbucks. Multiple people asked to cancel orders and get refunded while we waited.
Did a mobile order and after waiting 40 minutes they told me it would be another 30 minute wait. I could not wait so paid $17 and did not receive anything. I was told they could not refund mobile orders in the store and I need to call a 1 800 number. If you are that far behind you should turn off the option for mobile orders.
quality and taste are consistent. you get exactly what you think it will taste like. fresh and hot or cold. love it.

That mocha cookie crumble frap is love In a cup. Tastes like a desert! Also the spinach egg and cheese wrap is a good way to start the day

Park and walked into the store to find all systems are down and they are only accepting APP orders. Weren't really pleasant about it. Makes we want to shred my Starbucks Card.
The people there are so very nice, courteous, caring and helpful but I'm sorry to say the coffee is nothing short of horrible. I got the worst heartburn lasting for several hours, far longer than the coffee buzz and it certainly didn't give me $5 worth of caffeine high. But that's all Starbucks.
