My sister talked me into going here one night at 9:20 , talking about how great they’re Mac n cheese and Cajun fries were. Pretty steady business that evening. We pull up to the window, no Mac n cheese, not a problem we can order fries instead. Total was about 23 dollars which is a very reasonable price for three to eat. They take my payment and ask us to pull up for LESS than five minutes. 15 pass, and seeing others drive away with their meals. I’m walking up to the window now and the lady realizes they never got our order out. She asks her co workers to get our orders out. She comes out again and tells me they still need to drop our food. NOT EVEN STARTED COOKING!!!! The items we were waiting for were chicken nuggets. She and another employee offered us the tenders so we could get home with our toddler. It’s now 10pm. In the mean time, many apologies were given, I understand the frustration as I work in fast food myself. They ended up giving us the nuggets anyways, which anything was fine at this point. We were informed that the manager did not want to get our order out putting fresh orders before us when wait for 40 minutes!!!! Her name? Jen. An overnight manager who obviously does not care about customers. Even worse, she gave us MASHED POTATOES instead of our fries because “they didn’t have any left”. Which from The sounds of it the manager did not want to drop fries just like she did not want to drop are chicken nuggets. These two young ladies that helped us out and giving apologies were the sweetest employees we have ever met in fast food. All they wanted to do was help, but Jen did not care. Today May 20, 2022 The one lady was working the drive-through window and I’m not sure about the other. But please give them all respect because all they want to do is help. Not including Jen!!!! This lady doesn’t deserve this position.
Now there's a big difference in these two chicken pros. KFC is good but there sides are not as good as Popeyes. Chicken on the other hand each company is one in their own unique style they are great recipes.
The food was okay... tasted pretty good, but the fries and some of the breading were soggy. Some of our food was not with the order and that was disappointing, but when I called the restaurant they said I could come back to get my items free next time.
Consistently the smallest pieces of chx i've ever seen! Delicious but way too expensive for the amt of food you get.
Sat at the order screen of drive-through for 10 mins while employees we’re standing outside talking and walking around (may have not been on the clock, but my thought as a customer is that they were). But ended up having to leave after not a single person says a word to me. and choosing another restaurant.
The have really stepped up , friendly and good chicken ????
Do not show up here anywhere around close. It’s 10:40 right now. I’m in the McDonald’s drive thru line ordering food. I showed up to Popeyes at 10:30. Thirty minutes before they close. Their lights are all out, completely dark 20 minutes before their closing at 11. Id understand if someone showed up at 10:55 or 10:59. But 30 minutes before your scheduled close for a fast food restaurant. Trash place.
After a 3 hr drive , we stoped for some food. When we pulled up the online details it said the drive thru closed at 11. But when We got to the store they told up they closed at 10 ( felt like they rushed us to order ) and did not have enough chicken for a 12 pc family meal.So we only order a 2 pc mild bc thats what they told us they had.then when we pulled up we heard them tell the ppl behind us they only had spicy chicken left..they order 2 3pc combos and then the car behind them order 3 pc. We order at 9:45. Did not get to the window till 10pm and then when we go our food the red beans and rice looked like 1 tablespoon. The girl at the window had an attitude I was not trying to help anybody. But the older lady and the bigger girl with the hair did help. I understand that they were closing but you don't want customers coming at your closing time specially people that are not from around the area they need to fix the online information to. needless to say we will probably not be stopping at that Popeyes anymore considering we usually do our driving at night when we go away. And some of the employees just need to be retrained.
So slow. I can’t go there on my lunch break it takes up half of my time just to get order…chic is so much faster so they win my money most of the time
I can't say enough nice things about this location. The service was really nice and the food was out so quickly. I wish I caught the name of the nice woman who carried my food out to the table because I was carrying my 9 month old. She was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed.
