We have gone there many a times and enjoyed ourselves. The last time we went there the service wasn't very friendly and he didn't seem to care about my food allergies. This is the first time I didn't finish eating my meal. Not a good experience eating there this time.
What a great clean, authentic Mexican restaurant. The food is very good and good quality. The menu certain meets whatever mood your in for. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even the staff not working on your table will look to see if you need anything. It was very good, I'll be back there soon I'm sure
Great food great atmosphere and very nice staff, food was hot and delicious.
Our experiences at this place have been horrible. The food was horrible always cold. We gave them three chances considering maybe they were having a bad day but no. They stole my daughters money by not giving her the proper change and when she said something the manager stood and argued with her calling her a liar. The waitress had a horrible attitude, We will not be returning or ordering anything else from them. Poor customer service bad quality food.
We made a reservation because we had a big group. We had a great experience. It was for my birthday. Service was great! Ricardo and Allen were amazing. We were a group of 13. We had every thing we needed, didn't have to wait long. Food was delicious. My husband told Ricardo our waiter it was my birthday they came out, I didn't realize, a surprise, put a Sombrero on my head and sang happy birthday. Very funny. A lot of fun. Definitely going back.
Good food and usually good service. Always our “go to” when we want Mexican!
Such a disappointment. I hate writing negative reviews but this restaurant was one of the worst experiences for us. We went here last night (Wed night) since it is close to our home. We kept reading and hearing great reviews on this place. I order a Taco salad, my husband ordered a citrus salad, and my daughter order chicken fajitas and a strawberry margarita. I don't have pictures but now I wish I did. My taco salad was so small, the shell was so small and the ingredients in it was nothing- a little ground beef, some lettuce, a tomato slice (not chunks) and some sour cream (no cheese). My daughter's fajitas- the chicken was cubed so small you could not even find them. And to top it off her margarita was not even cold. Such a disappointing night. I should have sent my meal back, definitively not worth the money and went home hungry. We will not be returning. We should have gone with our first choice- Ocean Grille 2!
Char ordered Vallarta and absolutely loved it. Half pineapple, stuffed with shrimp, scallops, chic, and o,p,m, and pineapple bits in a nice semi sweet sauce.Enchiladas grande for me, 4 all were good but the chic, a little stringy and hard to eat. All in all a great place and 4 stars.
One & done. Taste of food was Ok. My wife's Chicken salad was small and waitress did not bring Dressing. When asked about the dressing, she said they were out of it! The Meat in my Burritos was a bit over cooked.I ordered a beer but waitress did not ask what size I wanted, she just brought a 28 oz Mug, which was OK but she should of told me that would be the size. When she brought the check, she just threw it on the table and did not even say thank you. They need to train their staff better.We go out to dinner regularly and have noticed the quality of food and service suffering in many establishments! We like to support our local eateries but they better get on the ball or we'll just stay home and cook ourselves. We're pretty good at it!
Mexican food at it's finest, great food fast service, I love this place!
