Customer service at window was great even during lunch rush. Parking lot is confusing but perhaps when road construction is done it’ll make more sense
We had just gotten to Delaware from a 500 mile trip. Food was great and fresh service was quick atmosphere was nice when I come back to Delaware I will definitely be back.
Very friendly and clean. Got lunch the other day right at noon. The place was packed but they still took your order and served you quickly. The food was good. Definitely worth stopping by when you want a quick bite.
Had breakfast there. Clean and organized. Order at the kiosk for a quick checkout. I had my meal quicker than those ordering at the register.
The staff is horrible . Specially the morning crew . May want to remind them the customers are the reason they get a pay check . Rude from the lady that took my order to the one who handed me my food I said thank you twice . I got no response nothing .
I do NOT like to give a negative impression of anything/anyone; however, this experience was horrible. We went through the drive-through AND had to go inside the restaurant anyway.First of all, the man handeling the drive-through couldn't get our order straight and we had to go into the store to fix it. We were short on time which is why we used the drive-through in the first place.We don't prefer eating in the car or truck. However, after going into the building and seeing it, we would have eaten in our vehicle anyway. This experience did NOT help our situation ? at all.When we went into the restaurant, the very first thing that struck both of us {my hubby and I} IMMEDIATELY was how utterly filthy it was. You expect a large, lumber/hardware/appliance store to have a dirty floor, but NEVER a place where food is sold and served?. The tables were disgusting ~ as was the soda, straw, etc., area. It was just awful in there. There was NO SAFE (clear/clean) place to eat.I'm sorry for being so negative. I'm usually a very positive person, but I cannot, in good conscience, be so this time. I won't lie, and I was asked to give a review. My hubby keeps asking me to report them to the McDonald's headquarters, but I have resisted thus far.I apologize for this review being so awful. I wish it could be positive and upbeat, but the experience was far, far from it ~ so the review must reflect what we undertook and saw. God bless everyone!!!
Menu is shrinking food quality is going down. It seems like they just want to be a chicken nugget shop at this point.
Young lady that helped us, very nice. Gave order. Good came out fast. It was good.
I feel bad for the homeless... i can't eat in front of them. Not sure why they would let someone just post up inside the store. Not going back
Rude person who handed our food to us. No straws for drinks, no sauce after asking 2xs. Asked for extra pickles on kids meal...none at all. Chicken sandwiches missing ingredients. Bad
