People working were very nice, the coffee , food and muffins were made perfectly and tasted good. Parking lot sucks but just be patient
We ordered coffee. I asked for Cold brew with cold foam. They put on whipped cream and called it a day. It's not bad but not what I ordered and payed for.
I visit this Dunkin' at least 3 times a week and I don't know why I keep making the same mistake over and over again. I order the most basic drink, an iced caramel latte. They get it wrong (almost) EVERYTIME. I say almost because I know there was at least one time that it was exactly right. The first sip was heaven compared to what it usually is, you just don't forget something like that. There was one time where they remade it FOUR times and it still wasn't right so I just told them to forget it. I'll probably be there tomorrow again but this is your warning to be better than I am.
I always have good service here.I go through the drive thru and service is fast and my drink is made right almost everytime..
Waited forever in drive Thur then the drinks were horrible so I had to park and go in to get my money returned, then the manager acted like she had an attitude because I ask for the money back on my extra caramel!! This was the Long Neck location!!!!!!!
Went thru the crazy maze of a drive through and ordered a large vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso and a Boston crème and jelly filled donut. I get a half filled cup of coffee with an extra shot of syrup and a bag with my donuts in it. AND NO NAPKINS…. Really, are we struggling that bad that we give half orders of coffee and no napkins. Supply chain and Covid must be causing shortages of coffee and paper products. Very disappointed.
Good coffee. But this is the dumbest drive through setup I’ve ever been through. If your vehicle is larger then a Camry your going to have a heck of a time.
I am not certain if it's fair for me to give a review for this place. I used the drive-through so I didn't SEE the inside of the store.However, having said that, it IS 100% fair for me to review the products purchased. They were absolutely, wonderfully ❤ delicious ? and so fresh. The person handeling the drive-through was very friendly and courteous.I highly recommend this ? AWESOME donut/coffee ☕ shop. I'm proud to put my name with this review (as with my other ones ~ good or bad).
Every time I go to this particular Dunkin, my order is always wrong and the iced coffee is never good. Thankfully Georgetown always gets it right!
Not worth stopping but when you really want coffee you are better of going to any number of gas stations for a better cup at half the price. Pretty much done with DD
