Customer service at the window was great. She had a great smile and my order was ready when we pulled up to the window.
Sometimes they get our order wrong but the food is always pleasant for a little pick me up or quick breakfast!
The first time I got a Boston cream and it WASN'T in the bag upside down. ?
Don't use this Dunkin if you are going anytime after noon, just go to rehoboth or in-town Millsboro. They constantly seem offended when you order anything, probably because thwy run a skeleton crew at night and do not support their staff properly. Many nights there is only one person. Tonight they had the whole place locked up at 7:38pm, but the sign, google and phone prompt says 9pm, so who knows.Either way, save some time and have a way better quality experience at any other nearby Dunkin'.
They always remember my order and make great coffee!
I placed a mobile order last week and when I arrived to the store five minutes later, they were closed. I requested a refund online and was told my card would be reloaded, but it never was. I reached out again, but got no response. I also tried calling customer service and got an automated message stating there was no one to take my call and to send an email. I’m so beyond frustrated with the complete lack of customer service. If a store is closing early, they need to shut down their online ordering. Getting a refund shouldn’t be so difficult.
I used the mobile app to pre-order my food and I picked up my food at the drive thru. It was ready by the time I had got there. This was my second time doing this process. I must say it was quick and easy as I had already has my order preloaded from the last time. All I needed to do was adjust if needed, click okay continue and pay. It was pretty simple. The hardest part was getting around the construction because they are doing work near by on the highway. The employees are very friendly and fast with getting your food out.
Everytime I order a favorite drink it's different. Not always good. They haven't changed their outside board. Run out of things. Not sure I'll be back.
Avoid Long Neck, unless necessary, and go to Millsboro or Rehoboth. Mobile walk-in wait time and staff service is horrendous. Order 5 min ahead and expect to wait 5-10 more minutes. Wait time is if they don't forget part of your order which in my experience is almost every time. Staff will walk by without a look or acknowledgement, including at the register. If you go as a last resort, order while there and use the DT. Do not mobile order this location.
Obviously it gets a little busy sometimes, but please try not to forget any items for anyones order. Especially if it's being delivered via Door Dash or something like that. I got cheated out of food because of that.
