Don't order from this Domino's if you're a truck driver waiting on a load over at Mountaire. They won't come to your truck. They wont call you. They won't give you a direct delivery. Even though you give them directions and a phone number. The daytime manager( she wouldn't give me her name) is not helpful and wouldn't hear my grievance while she wanted to talk over me. Probably a franchise who doesn't care about people's satisfaction. If I could give less than 1 star I would because of the rudeness of the manager who couldn't care less about whether I got the pizza or not.
Great delivery folks, excellent pizza, always on time or early if you pre-order. Always quick if you order in the moment. Thin and crispy is my favorite and its delicious!
I ordered take out wings and when I got home and opened the box it looked liked this. Called the store and spoke with the manager that informed me that they are not supposed to be coated. I completely understand that but these are terrible looking. She said I could drive back up there and they would put more sauce on them $4.00 a gallon for No thank you. I asked for her name (the manager) and she hung up on me. Terrible customer service for the manger and non consistent food
I ordered a large pizza...half cheese and half buffalo chicken. The crust was burnt with a bland taste and there was very little chicken to be found. When I called with my complaint the manager rudely blurted " what's the matter with the pizza? " It tasted like it supposed to taste. When asked about being reimbursed I was told you better have all the slices...all the slices! This was a manager speaking to a customer in this rude manner.
Ordered stuffed bread and cinnamon bread with extra dipping sauces. Called them about it, they answered the phone “What”. I explained what happened wouldn’t let me finish before throwing me on hold. I’m a regular customer here but I may not order from here anymore.Very rude employees.
I tried to order the $7.99 pizza they told me to use the website. I tried and could not get it to work. Asked them to help me figure it out. They told me no, it's your problem. I bought the pizza and threw in back on their counter. Rude people no help. Lost my business for [email protected]
Terrible Customer service!!! I used to buy here once a week. They recently stopped using coupons in the store and went online. I could not get the online website to work. So when I got there I asked a guy to help me figure it out, the manager came storming out and said "no". I told her all I want is a little help in figuring it out. She then told me "you can just figure it out on your own along with some other nasty things. I told her she has lost my business for good. Went out, I was so mad, went back and tossed my pizza on the counter. Now I am writing this review sitting in Pizza King. (Their Pizza is better) The reviews I have read have all read about the same. Plan to call corporate tomorrow and get my money back and complain. In the end, I would rather pay for another pizza than eat that nasty one from Domino's. Also I rarely write a [email protected]

The new cinnamon sticks with apple n cinnamon dip is very good.
Forgot the cinnamon twists that are $8 and forgot the icing for the lava cakes. 0/10 will not be ordering Dominos again
