Clean store well staffed with quick service.My first trip to this franchise and I was impressed.
Used the app to order from the drive in. Everything was ready when I arrived. I tried the peach shake and it was delicious with tiny pieces of peach. Fair warning, those pieces will clog your straw. This shake was a vast improvement over the one I had a year or two ago. Friendly staff and great food.
The managers and employees here are AWESOME! Last week, I went to get a milkshake for an ailing family member. Milkshakes from Chick-fil-A are always a hit. While in the drive thru, the battery to the car I was driving died. They pushed me to safety and hand delivered the milkshakes. I was so grateful. The events prior to this on that day weren't the best. This could have been the thing that sent the whole day in a spiral. Thanks to the wonderful Chick-fil-A employees and my best friend for picking me up. The day turned around. You were all heaven sent!
Location is very good , service was fast , we were there for drive in and we had a quick service on food . But unfortunate the food tasted meh. Chicken nuggets tasted different and we ordered 30 pieces :-(. Spicy chicken sandwich was good , fries lost its crispness.
I placed an order for a party platter pickup. When we picked the platters up one was missing when we got home. At this point I was prepared to give Chick-fil-A a negative review. After calling and speaking with the manager, she informed me that she would have the rest of the platters delivered to my home. I was very impressed with the response and everything was received. Manager delivered the food directly to us and I have never experienced such great customer service. My negative review was turned around to a total positive review and experience. Kudos to the manager and staff on the night of May 25, 2022 at the millsboro, de Chick-fil-A.
Service has always been great for me.. but today is the second time I ordered for delivery. First time was great this go round they cheated my daughter outta her fries..unless the driver ate some on the way, idk.. Ik I paid for a medium fry an got this..an only had 9 nuggets I ordered 12.. someone has some explaining to do…refund half my money since I got half my meal… this ain’t right…
I got 8 count nugget meal with a Tea and a chocolate chunk cookie. My meal was fresh and hot. My wait time in the drive thru line went smoothly .
I don't get to go to Chick-fil-A often since we don't have one in my area but man is the customer experience just miles above any other fast food takeout. Even in the drive thru your met by friendly staff and the experience is enjoyable.
Always great service! Order is always correct! And they have Cheese Sauce! Playplace is still closed for the kiddos, but other than that it was a perfect experience! Even have flowers in vases at every table!
We ordered our food and were told it would be a short wait, because they had to drop nuggets. No biggie. 10-15 minutes goes by, no food. We end up getting our food and the ticket says our order was only entered 5 minutes before we actually received our food. However, we did receive a free meal card for the inconvenience. All in all our experience was alright for chick fil a.
