The worst resteraunt experience ever! Stopped there for lunch. I have a medical condition and had to use restroom immediately. There is a sign on door stating you have to buy your food first to get a restroom code. What kind of inhumanity is that when someone can soil themselves waiting in a food line. Then are you supposed to sit your food in the dining area to get cold, stolen or spit on? There was more rotten things to this visit but I'll leave it at this. I contacted corporate who forwarded my complaint to this store 1 week ago today. Haven't heard a word. I'll never go back and I'll be sure to spread the word.
Nice clean place. Food was quick. Service was friendly.
We went through the drive thru last night on the way home and got some food. My kids meals were fine. My husbands and my meal, not so much. The chicken sandwich I got was so over cooked and dry that I couldn’t chew it. My husband ate half his burger before realizing that there was a long black hair in it, and none of us have dark hair.
My husband thought he ordered one thing but he actual got something else. I think it was just a miscommunication with the young man behind the counter. Our food was hit and tastly
Always correct, always quick, always hot and as fresh as they can make it. Never had a bad experience and I come here often!
Be careful they don't have the specials. Must be a corporate store. This one is not - sooo disappointed.
This place is a disgrace! Took my 5 year old daughter into this location because she had an emergency and needed to use the restroom. When it was locked, I asked the store associate if she could go and he stated, "I had to buy something!" I had no money to buy something so he wouldn't let her go!! Seriously??? 5 years old? He said he was the manager of that store and then I asked for his manager's info and he said he didn't know it. Okay then!
Don't ask for ghost pepper nuggets even though they are on the menu they don't have them. Smh !!! And did not seem to care. Staff not too friendly. But service was fast. Menu is not correct with the items that they really carry
just go to chick-fil-a next door…i just had the rudest drive thru experience and customer service…for no reason.
Understaffed, underpaid (you expect more out of them then the president OR your babysitter), and largely disrespected. It should come as no surprise that the crew tried their best, with what they had, for being expected to juggle a dozen chainsaws. Respectful and polite too!Hit up in the drive thru more then a dozen a cars and a dozen people in the lobby? Only 3 people in the kitchen. Superb service given the situation. The best part? I didn't throw away my receipt (FOR THE BATHROOM), so I didn't need to wait for some nobody who wouldn't have purchased something anyway. :)
