This establishment is rundown and the speaker box for the drive through is broken and the associate was rude when I brought this to their attention. She yelled at me at the drive through window. Left without food due to the associate being rude and disrespectful. Never coming to this arbys ever again.
This is the worst Arbys I’ve ever been too. You advertise Mint Chocolate milkshakes for $6.50 and everytime I’ve bought one it never has mint in it. Just green food coloring. I will never spend my money at that location again.
Haven't been to Arby's in years...ordered a regular roast beef...bun was black! I mean it was burnt to a crisp! They did replace, but I had asked for red onion on it...well since the cashier never rung it up, they said it would be 50 cents! I got a new sandwich, no onion, and still burnt! Customer service is terrible, not what I would expect from a national chain!!!! Maybe they need to read there message on their cups!
I ordered the 2 for 6 chicken cheddar ranch sandwiches. COMMON!! The chicken is a little bigger than 2 McNuggets and fried hard as a rock. I called to complain. I talked to the most perfect manager on earth. She bagged the orders so I had to have a receipt, which I still haven’t found, and the rest of the call was her talking over me showing no interest in what I had to say. I’ve owned businesses over 40 years and even if you disagree with the complaint, YOU LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEN RESPOND! Talking over someone in any situation shows you have no interest in what they have to say and no respect for them at all. I usually go to arbys often and that’s why I called. The quality wasn’t there at all. But I hit a brick wall. Sad. I guess I’m going to have to learn to eat tacos.
Received coupon for a rib sandwich which was pictured on their window. Disappointed to learn they were no longer available.Ordered brisket sandwich which was fair. Caramel cinnamon milkshake was great!
Sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for mozzarella sticks. When I pulled up the girl didn’t even say a word to me, no one reassured me if my food was coming or not. Bad service
This location is always on top of everything. It's always a good $5 lunch spot on the run. Great specials.
Service was fast .food was fresh. Milkshakes are a bit pricey for small.
Asked for crinkle fries and got curly... food tasted off did not taste like other Arby's I been to. My coke was like 50%water
