This is the worst Wendy's in a 20-mile radius!The one thing from Wendy's that I really like is the chili-cheese baked-potato, but I rarely order it from here because their potatoes are tiny(!) - about half the size of potatoes from other Wendy's. I used to order hamburgers, but I'm allergic to iceberg lettuce, and no matter how many times I say "No lettuce", I would still get lettuce (Taco Bell has the same problem, even after telling them I'm allergic).I've been craving one for awhile now, so I broke down and ordered one. What a joke! I got it home to find I did NOT have a baked potato covered in chili and cheese - instead, I had a mound of french-fries covered in chili and cheese. Why wouldn't they simply say, "We're out of potatoes"???I was going to call the store and complain, and/or file a complaint with the company, but then realized they never gave me a receipt! So, I had no phone number or order number to complain about.I would avoid this Wendy's, if possible!

Second time I've came to this location at 11 PM and they close the store two hours early. Ridiculous. Otherwise great location but them closing early all the time is extremely irritating. Change the hours on the website if they've changed or if employees are just allowed to close whenever they want. Saw the guy in the back too so someone is definitely there and just doesn't want to do their job for another two hours. This is coming from someone who works overnight 12 hours so I'm not complaining without knowing how that feels.

Terrible experience. BEWARE some prices on the menu ring up more. When I brought it to mgmt attention his excuse for overcharging was "we had a price increase and it's changed in the computer before it's changed on the menu. We don't have time" I told him it's against the law to charge more than the price posted. He said oh well I'm not giving it to you for the the price posted. Then he walked away. Never apologizing.

Food was good, but the service was terrible. I repeated my order 3 times, only to still get the wrong food. When I tried to tell someone else that my order was wrong, they proceeded to explain that it's a breakfast only item. Okay? So why wasn't I told that the 3 different times I had to repeat it to the cashier? They just put a random sandwich in my bag cuz the other one wasnt available. Smh

Food was good. Fries a bit too salty, had to shake off the excess and save it for later. ?

We went on a Thursday night and ordered via drive thru. In this contactless world they dont support apple pay or Samsung pay. Crazy! Wendy please upgrade your pos. I forgot my wallet that day and we returned disaapointed. #badcustomerservice

Very fast service that was friendly. However they did mess up the order and included a sauce on a sandwich that we asked be excluded. There are also no changing tables in the restrooms, which was very disappointing considering how new the building is.

The food is good but I just need to know why the drive thru takes forever

Why is fulfilling an order in the drive thru so difficult? Shame on me for not taking an extra minute to check the entire bag, but I ordered the chicken nugget meal (comes fries and a soda) and a jr cheeseburger deluxe. I was served chicken nuggets, jr cheeseburger deluxe and a bacon double cheeseburger. Not sure where he bacon cheeseburger came from, but where are the fries? I guess they didn’t have any fresh fries and to avoid failing to meet their advertising about always having fresh fries, they just leave them out of the order. C’mon Wendys! This is not that hard of a job.
